Hello to Olive Tree. Our Willerby Skye 2 bedroom holiday home that we have owned since new. Situated on a flat level plot with easy access via the decking with parking available immediately in front. 
Providing accommodation for up to 4 guests our home consists of a spacious open plan living and kitchen area. King size master bedroom ,twin 2nd bedroom , bathroom plus extensive 220 sq feet outdoor secure gated and well furnished decking area.

Olive Tree is able to cater for holiday needs across the seasons, for the spring and summer the decking area will allow you to add an outdoor dimension to your living whilst in autumn and winter the double glazing and central heating throughout the home will ensure you can be cosy, snug and comfortable to relax indoors.

An individually designed and manufactured 19'x12' raised decking is mounted to one side of the caravan with a centrally positioned 4 step and gated access. This provides c70% additional floor space to the home itself as well as a safe and secure space for both younger children as well as our dog guests. Positioning means it attracts sun throughout the day. Our decking area is furnished with a rattan dining table and cushioned chairs, an "L" shaped rattan cushioned sofa, footstool and sun paradol. A folding burners table is available fur outdoor use.

an L shape sofa easily seating at least 6 guests. Free standing oblong dining table and upholstered seating. Remote controlled wall mounted electolog effect fire. 32" Hd smart tv, DVD player and DAB Radio.

Kitchen Area.

Gas Oven, Grill and 4 burner gas hob with overhead extractor fan and lighting. 
Built in electric combination cooker ( microwave-grill-cooker) full height 70/30 fridge freezer. Plentiful cupboards at both floor and eye level. 
Bedrooms. Carpeted. The master bedroom contains a king size bed large double door wardrobes with shelf and hanging space, bedside tables with double drawers , dressing table with large wall mounted mirror and stool, overhead shelves and cupboards, individually controlled wall mounted bedside lights. 
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, space underneath for storage, wall mounted wardrobe and 2 wall mounted cupboards. 
All beds have Duvets, Pillows. mattress and Pillow protectors, regularly changed and laundered. 
Bathroom. Laminate flooring. Containing a spacious walk in shower with sliding door access. Wash basin and toilet. There is a wall mounted cabinet with mirror over the basin. 
What's provided and included.

Safety equipment. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket. 2 Co2 detectors and 1 smoke detector. Super fast broadband multi device. 50 mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Duvets and Pillows. Mattress and Pillow protectors, coat hangers in all wardrobes. 
Glasses. Tableware and cutlery, ample cooking items and Utensils including, saucepans, frying pans, steamer set, oven trays, microwave dishes, kettle, toaster, teapot, cafetière, plastic  plates, bowls and beakers for the younger guests, 2 stainless steel bowls for our dog guests. Full size iron and ironing board, folding clothes airer, upright vacuum cleaner, sweeping brush and dustpan and brush, 

What's not included.

Bedding- Duvet covers. Pillow cases. Bottom sheets. Towels, tea towels, bath mat.

Passes to use the indoor pool are available from reception at a charge.

Dogs should be mentioned at time of booking and only 2 dogs allowed in caravan and per stay ( park rules) 

a small charge of £10 per dog will be added to cost of holiday.

NOTE. 
Dogs must not be left unattended in the holiday home . In line with Waterside policy. The holiday home is non smoking including vaping and e cigarettes. No candies or naked flames including BBQ's or chip pans  must not be used in the holiday home or on the decking.

A £50 deposit secures your holiday dates. With full payment being paid 6 weeks before your arrival.  If arrival is less then 6 weeks away then full payment is needed at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is also to be paid with your full payment. 
After your stay the cleaner will go in and if all is okay with the caravan then  your £100 will be transferred back to your account

During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
