This spacious caravan has recently been refurbished with new mattresses, carpets, flooring and curtains throughout. Also with new duvets and pillows.

2 smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted.

The caravan is fitted with mains gas and electric so no running out and changing gas bottles!

The first bedroom has a double bed with triple wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards with direct access to the bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together for a double bed. This room also has a large storage cupboard as well as a wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards.

There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and spiral washing line for outside. An iron and ironing board are also available.

It has a large spacious open plan kitchen and living area.
The kitchen has a full size gas cooker with seperate grill, microwave,  kettle and fully equipped for 6 people.

The large living area with table and chairs also has a pull out double bed, 32" Sony LCD TV with DVD player and Freeview.

Both bedrooms and bathroom are installed with electric heaters and the living room with gas fire.

Outside is a 5 foot wide UPVC decking which runs the length of the caravan with table, 2 chairs, a bench and solar powered light.

Standard check out time 10am

All you need to bring with you is your own towels, tea towels and bed linen.

I kindly ask that you leave the caravan as you find it and please report any breakages or damages to me.

The caravan is situated in a quiet location even though it is only 100 yards from Fantasy Island where you will find bars, restaurants, clubs, amusements, Eastgate market, shops and Spar Supermarket. 

The beach can both be found 300 yards away.

There is also a club on site called The Four Winds which has a family room where you can find entertainment, bingo and food if you so wish.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, the full balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday arrival date.
 

Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance 8 weeks before arrival date, only the deposit sum of £50 will be forfeited.

If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been received the whole hire charge will be forfeited and no refunds will be available.

Weeks are not transferable.

Sunnymede Ingoldmells Caravan Park is next to both Fantasy Island and Eastgate market. The East Coast's finest Blue Flag beaches are only a 5 minute walk away, with Skegness beach only a short drive away.

Ingoldmells is colourful, fast and exciting!

If you are a fearless roller coaster rider take a trip on the Millennium Roller Coaster at Fantasy Island, the longest looping coaster in Europe; or Jubilee Odyssey the world's longest suspended roller coaster with the steepest drop in Europe. There's an amazing array of theme park rides, thrills and experiences just waiting to be discovered as well as spectacular shows for kids. Take a break from the rides and wander around the vast market at Ingoldmells, the largest market in Europe that is open seven days a week.

Also located in Ingoldmells is the fabulous re-developed Butlins with its majestic dome of the Skyline Pavilion.  It is a fantastic day out for the family. Butlins offers all weather multi-sports courts, the Fun Splash, the Odeon Cinema, a fantastic array of foods, and more.

If you fancy a quieter day out then Hardy's Animal Farm is a firm favourite, you will find little furry friends, birds and farm creatures as well as an adventure play park for kids.
