This beautifully presented modern Willerby Sierra, 2 Bedroom holiday home in a great location, close to main complex with south facing decking. Double glazed and centrally heated.

Master Bedroom en-suite: (toilet, basin), This room has a king size bed with fitted mattress protector, and fully fitted wardrobes with lots of cupboard, drawer space and TV/DVD.

Second Bedroom: This room has twin beds with fitted mattress protectors, fitted wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink with a vanity unit above there is a shaver plug and cabinet.

Kitchen: A spacious fully equipped kitchen with full cooker, microwave, toaster, large fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, plenty of cupboard space and a free standing table and chairs. There is also an iron and ironing board available.

Lounge area: The lounge has a large built in L shaped sofa with pull out double bed, It also has a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, coffee table and a electric fire. At the end of the living room there are patio doors that lead out on to the south facing decking, which is equipped with patio table and chairs for watching the amazing evening sunsets.

Duvets, pillows and linen are provided but please bring your own towels. Alternatively, linen can be hired from Haven at Rockley Park.

Location: The caravan is situated on Gorse Hill at Haven Holidays Rockley Park, 3-minute walk to the main complex. You have access to a launderette supermarket, fish and chip take away/ restaurant and Papa Johns pizza’s with delivery service to the caravan.

This ideal family holiday home is in close proximity to Hamworthy Common nature reserve for great walks with fresh water fishing lake (in season with licence), sandy beach and regular bus service into Poole Town\harbour.

£100 cancellation/ damage deposit to secure the booking and full balance due 6 weeks prior to the holiday, deposit returned 3-7 days after your holiday with no breakages or damage.

Play passes give access to the Haven facilities and activities these are not included in our prices, the price is for the caravan hire only. Facilities are open from Easter to October school holidays this includes indoor (with flume) and outdoor (May to September) heated swimming pools, a show bar with daily and nightly entertainment, an outdoor sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing, crazy golf, climbing/abseiling wall, children's play area, amusement area with bar and restaurant,  bike hire, a beach cafe area and water sports.
