Owens Caravan Park, Towyn, Abergele, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.110518)

Our Caravan is on a quiet family-run site, close enough to walk to all the amenities, including the club's Pubs, Fairgrounds, and amusements. Beach.  Opposite is the Wendover Pup, Spar, and Chip shop. the bus stops just outside the camp. in both directions to Rhyl and Prestatyn one way and Abergele, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, and many more places the other.

The camp offers a Launderette. and the Butterfly Cafe. they are serving lovely food daily.

Our Caravan has two bedrooms a Double has a window at each side of the room, and a full-size 4' 6" Bed is very comfy. there is a bed riser, this is a handle to help anyone with mobility issues get out of bed. It can be removed, the other room is a twin that can be made into another 5ft double bed. a cot side may be provided. (just ask) it fits on the side of the single bed. I will provide bedding unless you prefer to bring your own. Duvets and Pillows are always provided. 

The lounge is lovely with plenty of seating and French doors to the balcony at the front, there are 2 chairs, great for morning coffee.

Our caravan is very well equipped with a smart TV in the lounge, there is a Tv in the main bedroom, and the Internet is available from Owens camp office.

The caravan is Heated with a gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters in the bedrooms and Bathroom. Gas and Electric are included in the price. it's a lovely warm caravan in season.

the caravan has a very well-equipped kitchen with a slow cooker, Rice cooker, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Iron and Ironing board, Hairdryer, and an electric whisk. and a clothes rack for the outside and a vacuum cleaner. Our regular guests love our caravan. Keep coming back year after year. 

we have a lovely garden area with a patio and garden furniture. with shrubs at one end, this makes it a prime spot, it's really a sun trap. we provide patio umbrellas. and a windbreaker for your privacy. the neighbors are lovely. you're in for a very relaxing holiday. 

Parking is on the road outside the caravan, cars must not be parked on the grass.

we ask that you leave the caravan as you find it. I clean the caravan myself every week, in between guests. it's always lovely for your arrival. 

I always leave Milk Tea and Sugar. 

on the previous site we advertised on we had many commendations from guests, always 5* we were recommended by trust pilot last year. 

A £50 per week deposit must be paid right away, to secure your holiday. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday starts, with your balance, a £50 breakages deposit, refundable the week you leave. we will not charge you for the odd broken cup or plate. don't go and replace them minor accidents happen. 

you can come into the caravan at 2 pm but must vacate it at 10.30 am. if you are coming by Bus or Train, before your time. you can drop them off at the caravan,

Situated in Towyn, North Wales, Owen’s Caravan Park caters for both static and touring caravans. Open from March to October, Owen’s is a quiet and peaceful park in a lively seaside location.

You can be sure of a warm welcome at Owen’s. A traditional Park established in 1932, we have retained our Welsh slated farm buildings to house our Sales Office, Reception, shower block and red phone box. Set within 12 acres of flat landscaped land, with level pitches carefully spread for you to relax in comfort.

On-site a licensed Tearooms, open from 10am to 3pm, serving delicious food, cakes and warming drinks with Roast Dinners available on sundays! Within easy walking distance of the Park you will find various shops, a post office, amusement arcades & funfair, children’s park, beach, cafes, pubs, eateries and the popular market Tir Prince. For those who wish to explore the local area, the bus stop is literally just outside the main entrance, ideal for days out exploring. The beach and coastal path is just 5 minutes away. North Wales has plenty of places of interest to visit and great recreational activities; golf, swimming, horse-riding, kite-surfing and cycling just to name a few.
