Thank you for looking at our static caravan pitched at the very popular staycation destination Primrose Valley on the east coast, Filey.

Enjoy your home away from home holiday in are well presented 3 bedroom Static caravan. Situated in the middle of Haven's Primrose Valley, all the facilities are in easy walking distance from the caravan.

Have a brew on us ! There is nothing worse than getting to your holiday accomodation and not being able to make a drink or the kids are hungry. As a little thank you from us to you, we provide you with a welcome tray which contains everything you need to make a cuppa and some drinks and biscuits for the kids.

Our luxury caravan comprises of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms)

A well equipt kitchen, with everything you will need to make fabulous holiday food. In the kitchen you will find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Air Fryer, XL George Foreman grill, 4 burner cooker with oven and grill, plus all the stuff you will need to make and plate them fantastic meals.........

Meals you can eat on the outside decking in the fabulous east coast sunshine whist sitting on the rattan furntiture provided.

The living room has wrap around L shape sofas for the family game nights or the quiet film nights. With a TV, DVD player (plenty of DVD's provided), Xbox with games, Plenty of bored games and books for the rainy days or the quiet days.

There is 2 bathrooms...... yes.....2! Ever got in the shower and then someone needs the toilet. Well the can use the 2nd one. One is a family bathroom with a fitted shower and the 2nd is a seperate WC.

INTRODUCING...... The food share cupboard! Whats a food share cupboard we hear you ask? In the kitchen area there is a cupboard which contains food...... Simple. Help yourself, all we ask that is if you use something, put something back. This might be one of your favorite foods, something unusual that you think the next guests might like or a caravan staple that everyone always forgets...... the choice is yours!

Primrose Valley as a Park

Being one of the largest caravan parks in the UK, there is so much to do. Not just in the area, but on the park itself. There is not 1, not 2 but 3 swimming pools onsite (2 indoor and 1 outdoor heated pools). There is plenty of daily activities you can book as well as laser tag, the jump, the aerial adventure tree top course, the boating lake and pedal cars, plus much, much more. 

With so much choice for dining on site, you could eat somewhere different every night. The Lakehouse serves bistro style meals and fresh italian pizzas. If you want something more Casual, the Mash and Barrel is the place. Serving some great pub classics.

Having that take away craving? There is a Burger King, Papa Johns, Fish and Chip shop and Slim Chickens on site!

With dailey, nightly and hourly entertainment from kids clubs, singers, comedians, karaoke , arcades and more. You will never be bored!

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Park passes are NOT included with your booking. These can be purchased either online through Haven, at the main reception on arrival or by the link you will be sent by haven closer to you arrival date.

Check in is after 3pm on the date of arrival. You must vacate the caravan before 10am on your departure date.

Bed will be made up on arrival but you will need to bring your own towels and kitchen tea towels.

A booking form must be completed before making any payments

A £100 Damage Deposit is required with every booking. The caravan will be inspected after your holidays, as long as no damage has been caused to the caravan, your Damage Deposit will be returned. (Don't panic, we know accidents happen so we do not include small items such as cups and/or plates, etc.

Holidays must be paid for 4 weeks before the arrival date or your holiday will be cancelled.

The charging of Electric Vehicles is NOT allowed from the caravans electricity ! Anyone found to be charging their electric vehicle from the caravan will not recieve their damage deposit back!
