Welcome to Our Holiday Caravan Our modern caravan comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers all the essentials—and extras—for a relaxed and memorable stay.

Bedrooms & Bedding

Enjoy a restful night in the double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, alongside a second bedroom with two single beds. We provide bottom sheets, pillows, and duvets; just bring your own pillowcases and duvet covers

Fully Equipped Kitchen

You'll find everything you need for mealtime ease: integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, oven, and crockery for up to four guests. We supply cleaning materials; please bring your own tea towels and dishcloths.

Spacious Lounge & Entertainment

Unwind in the lounge, with seating for at least six, a coffee table, Smart TV and a cosy gas fire—perfect for evenings in.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom features a roomy shower cubicle, wash basin, and toilet. Cleaning materials are provided, and we kindly ask guests to bring their own towels.

Outdoor Relaxation

Step onto the private decking with patio table, four chairs, and a bench—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.

Comfort & Convenience

With double glazing, central heating, and instant hot water, you'll feel right at home. Free Wi-Fi, gas, and electricity are all included.

The vibrant town of Llandudno, just 2 miles away, offers indoor swimming pools, theaters, tennis courts, golf clubs, shopping centers, and various other attractions. Nearby Craig y Don Bowling Club features bowling greens for a small day or weekly fee.

On the Great Orme, you can explore mines, ride cable cars and trams, experience a toboggan run, enjoy pitch and putt, and use an artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea, located 1.5 miles away, is home to a variety of shops and cafes.

Colwyn Bay, only 3 miles away, features the Mountain Zoo, a leisure center, and Eirias Park.

The picturesque town of Conwy, just 5 miles away, is a must-visit with its medieval castle, marina, numerous shops, boat trips, and bustling quayside.

Penrhyn Bay offers the amenities you'd expect from a village, including a man-made beach, shops, a bowling green, and a golf course, all in close proximity.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
