The Caravan:

2 bedroom ensuite holiday home for hire (sleeps 6) located on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park, Plot Number 21, minutes walk from Beach/local facilities.

Gas central heating throughout and double glazed windows.

The open plan living area has built in sofas with an electric fire and a 32" Freeview Smart TV is available.  The built in seating area has a pull-out bed which sleeps 2 people.

The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and the usual conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Provided for your use, there are several pans, many utensils, cutlery, cooking accessories, all crockery, mugs, drinking glasses, bottle-opener/corkscrew, tin opener plus many other items that you may need during your stay.  Iron and ironing board are also provided.

It features a main double bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom, with wardrobes and dressing table, and one twin bedroom with single wardrobe.

As well as the main bathroom/shower room the master bedroom has a separate en-suite with toilet and sink.

Outside parking is available and a paved patio area complete with patio furniture, table and six chairs.

Pillows and duvets are provided - Please Note - you will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets and all types of towels. 

We are a Pet Free and Non Smoking holiday home.

The caravan is situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park nestled between the mountains and the sea. The beach is a 2 minute walk away.

Whilst staying in the holiday home, please adhere to the following:

Pet Free holiday home.

If using the cooker please line the grill/oven with foil.

No smoking inside the holiday home - smoking outside is allowed but please use an ashtray.

Please leave the holiday home as you found it (clean and tidy).

Please note: 

Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into caravans (blows whole electric on park) please use the charging points situated near the launderette.

We do accommodate mini or long breaks, if you are interested in hiring the holiday home for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 7+ nights, please message with your name, details of the dates and number of nights you require, and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can.

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay with us.
• Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.
• Discounts may be available for multiple bookings.
• Families and couples only permitted with no male/female groups allowed.
• Keys are collected and returned to the owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday.
• Check in time is 3.00pm - please contact the owner as soon as possible if you will be checking in at a later time.
• Check out time is 10.30am - please leave the holiday home as you found it (clean and tidy)
