Highfields and The Haven, Skegness, Lincolnshire (Ref.109803)

This fantastic cosy caravan is situated on a very peaceful site 10 mins walk to town centre and beach it has double glazing and central heating with radiators in every room 2 free standing sofas ,dining table and chairs to accommodate 4 people a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker ,full size fridge freezer,microwave and all crockery,cutlery and utensils needed to make this a home from home . The master bedroom is very spacious with television, lots of storage and is en-suite to the bathroom with modern shower hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom can be a twin or double and also has tv.across the road from the site is Aldi supermarket Marks & Spencer food hall a pet store and b&m for all your shopping needs or if you don’t want to cook why not treat yourself at one of the 3 great pubs within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE PARKING IS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE CARAVAN IN DRY WEATHER ONLY ALTERNATIVE PARKING IS PROVIDED DURING WET WEATHER

All bookings must be confirmed with a £75 damage deposit this will be returned within 24 hours of departure providing caravan is left with no damage which will be checked by the cleaner.

The balance on the holiday must be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday start date 

This is a non smoking caravan 

No same sex groups 

No stag or hen parties 

Check in is 3pm

Check out is 11am

Any cost of replacing keys or barrier fob if lost will be deducted from damage deposit 

Highfields and the Haven is perfectly located near to the beach, town and all the local amenities that Skegness has to offer. The site is ideal for non-drivers as the sea front is only a six minute walk.

There is a new retail park that opened in 2018 just opposite the park which incorporates an Aldi, Jolleyes, B&M, Marks and Spencers. There is also a Marston’s Pub (The Twelve Oars) which will be serving food all day.
