There is also a larger-than-average bathroom along with the added convenience of a second WC.

Outside, the caravan benefits from a secure verandah area, ideal for helping keep both children and pets safe while enjoying the outdoors.

Perfectly situated just a 5 minute walk from the beach, the site offers a peaceful setting close to Queens Park while still being within easy reach of local attractions.

On-site facilities include a clubhouse with entertainment throughout the year for both adults and children.

Mablethorpe town centre is only a 15 minute walk away, where you’ll find a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, pubs, and takeaways to suit most budgets. The newly developed leisure centre also offers swimming facilities for all ages.

For added convenience, there is a regular bus service just outside the caravan park, providing easy travel between Mablethorpe and Skegness.

A £50 security bond will be taken and refunded after the caravan has been inspected by the cleaners.

A £50 booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. This amount will be deducted from the final balance, which is due 3 weeks before the start of your holiday.
