Caravan has own private WI-FI.  Sky Q TV.

Booking is Saturday to Saturday unless stated. We can offer shorter stays from a minimum of 3 to 5 nights at a daily rate. Please contact for availability & price depending on your dates.

2 bedroom, 6 berth. 1 double, 1 x twin singles & double pull out in lounge. You can make twin room into double bed to give you 3 doubles if preferred. Duvets & pillows supplied. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Both bedrooms are en-suite and one bathroom has separate access making it the main bathroom.
     
Open plan lounge with plenty of seating and has a 47" flat screen smart TV. Sky Q. cooling fans, Echo dot. Board games. There is also USB charging sockets.

Modern kitchen with plenty of workspace. Full size oven. Large fridge freezer. Microwave. Fully equiped kitchen including kettle & toaster, Cappuccino coffee machine.  We also now have a dishwasher.
   
Our caravan is double glazed & has radiator gas central heating plus a modern electric fire with ambient lighting in lounge. (safety checked annually)

There is a rattan furniture set on the decking.

The caravan is on a beautiful pitch with elevated extended decking with lovely panoramic sea views  Both entertainment complexes within a short walk and we are at the top of the park.

Dogs are allowed but please advise us breed/how many when making an enquiry.

Passes available for use of site facilities from site reception if required. (Prices available) payable to reception.
Indoor/outdoor pools. Two entertainment complexes. On site burger king & papa John's pizza, Fish & chips, Mash & barrel restaurant & bar. Shop & ATM cash machine and their own Mr Whippy ice cream van.

Dogs welcome but please let us know when making an enquiry or booking is made.

A booking deposit of £100 will be required to secure the dates requested. In the event of cancellation, the booking deposit will not be refundable.

We also require a damages/security bond of £100. This will be repaid in full within 7 days after the end of the period of hire, providing that our terms and conditions have been adhered to.

The rental charge and damages/security bond will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we will require the full rental charge and the damages/security bond at the time of booking.

A receipt is emailed to you once any payment received.
