For hire on the brand new development on sunnyvale we have a 2bedroom(sleeps 4) caravan beautiful position on the second row but still with a lovely sea view  it has ch dg a full size wrap around decking for keeping the dogs and kids safe 

we allow pets in the caravan but only 2 small dogs at the most  and guest are asked if they could bring cover to cover settee should there pet go on the settee

this is a no smoking caravan if you wish to smoke please use the outside space

inside is a modern and comfortable lounge with a 40inch tv and wrap around settee and dining table and chairs to injoy your meals on 

the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave fridge freezer kettle toaster etc

the caravan it self is literally a 5 min walk to beach entrance with supermarkets (asda, Aldi, the range,b and m ) on your doorstep

the caravan has 2 bedrooms 1 double which has access to the toilet and shower from the bedroom   And a built in wardrobe for hanging space and  1 twin room  with a small tv which plays dvd and can have a PlayStation attached to play games (must bring own console )

gas and electricity is included in hire price 

the site has a up and coming club house /gallery bar just been refurbished no passes are needed

beds will be made up on arrival guest must bring own towels and teatowels

when booking we do require a £50 dep for a week and £100 for 2weeks which is non refundable and balance must be paid 4weeks before holiday starts

Sunnyvale is one of the UK’s longest established holiday parks and under the ownership of the Jones family for over 5 decades.

Sunnyvale enjoys an enviable location surrounded on 3 sides by water and considered a mecca in North Wales for water sports, fishing and boat enthusiasts. The beach is long and sandy with direct access from the park. There are two nature reserves to the east and west of our boundary, with a stunning array of flora and fauna. Boat launching and storage nearby at the beautiful fishing harbor, where chartered trips along the coast can be booked.

Within walking distance to the multi million pound developed Rhyl promenade, which boasts attractions such as SC2 a brand new water park with the UKs largest Tag Active, Vue Cinema, Seaquarium with live seal shows conservation programme and sea life exhibits, The Pavillion which hosts a wide range of variety shows and flagship 1862 restaurant. There are countless restaurants on our doorstep including cafes, pubs, take-aways a fairground, a market which means plenty for the family to do off the park.

Within a short drive, there is Snowdonia National Park, a stunning mountainous area with beautiful villages and breathtaking scenery and walks to enjoy. Within the National Park area are located world renowned adventure activities, such as GoApe, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World to name but a few. Something for all ages and abilities.

Sunnyvale, although a small, quiet park, has a children’s adventure playground, all weather sports pitch and The Galley Bar.
