Welcome to Puddleducks at Thornwick Bay! This is our very well presented holiday caravan for hire on Haven’s lovely Thornwick Bay Holiday Village in Flamborough, Bridlington.

Puddleucks is a 2018 model holiday caravan on Thornwick Bay Holiday Village, graded Haven Silver.

Three bedrooms consist of one double with en-suite and two twin bedded rooms.

There’s a sand and pebble beach nearby; perfect for rock pooling and paddling.  There’s also beautiful clifftop walks around the headland.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival date

• Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. Providing all is okay with the caravan upon your check out date. Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Deposit transfer to future booking may be possible.

• Any damage, misuse, breakages, missing items, or additional cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.

• If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, the guest is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

3. Electric Vehicles

• Charging of electric cars is strictly prohibited at the caravan or on the pitch. 

• This includes the use of domestic sockets, extension leads, or any unauthorised charging equipment.

• Any breach of this rule may result in loss of deposit. There are designated EV charging points around the Site.

4. Cancellations

• Guest cancellations must be made in writing/message/email.

• Deposits are non‑refundable.

• Refunds of the remaining balance (if already paid) depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. 

  • No refunds after full payment is made however, credit balance in some cases may be used towards future stay within same calendar year

5. Check‑In and Check‑Out

• Check‑in time: 4pm

• Check‑out time: 10am

• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available by prior arrangement only and may incur additional charge

6. Use of the Caravan

• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking.

• Heating must be turned off when guests are not in the caravan.

• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.

• No pets unless agreed in advance.

• Guests must respect the park rules and behave in a considerate manner towards neighbours.

• All doors must be locked and windows closed (or on security latch) when guests are not in the caravan.

7. Cleanliness

• Guests are expected to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

• No pets allowed on the beds.

• All rubbish must be removed, dishes washed and put away, and personal belongings taken home.

• Excessive mess may result in a cleaning charge deducted from the deposit.

8. Liability

• The owner is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times.

• The owner accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or issues arising from misuse of the caravan or park facilities.

9. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

• No refunds are given for poor weather or events outside the owner’s control.

• If the owner must cancel due to damage, safety issues, or circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be issued.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.

The beautiful clifftop park sits on part of Flamborough Cliffs nature reserve and is home to seabird colonies nesting on its chalk cliffs – ideal for uninterrupted sea views or spotting wildlife. There are 4 bays around the headland all with easy access to the beach and with half to two miles from the park.

Enjoy a wealth of heritage and activities. Bring a pair of comfy shoes and explore the moorland. Drive over to the historic town of Bridlington, or marvel at the architecture of Burton Agnes Hall.
