This 3-bedroom caravan is a real home from home, comfortable and well equipped, it offers all you require for a relaxing break at the fantastic 5* Shorefield Country Park.

Situated in Rosewood just off Seabreeze, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s perfect for walks to the beach (15 mins away), the more scenic woodland walk to Milford on Sea, or just enjoying the quiet of a no-through road woodland location.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven, microwave and full size fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen is the dining area where 4 people can sit comfortably.

The cozy lounge provides a l-shaped sofa, electric fire, 43” Smart TV, DVD player - a selection of books and DVDs are also available catering for all genres.

French doors lead out from the lounge to the gated decking area with patio furniture.  This is a beautifully sunny spot on a summers day.

The main bedroom has  its own toilet with wash basin.  There are 2 further twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.  2 hairdryers are also provided.

Our holiday home is 8 years old, fully double glazed with gas central heating – gas and electric costs are included within our pricing.  A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety and peace of mind.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen are provided for the bedrooms only not the sofa bed. Towels are not provided.

Pets are allowed and we don’t charge anything extra.

We do give discounts for longer stays and stays outside of peak season.  We will also consider short breaks, mid week, or long weekends, just ask. 

Passes are now required to enter the bars and restaurants as well as to use the facilities and I can offer these at around 50% less than you would pay direct to Shorefield. Please ask for details. Passes are included for all School Summer Holiday Bookings
