Cleethorpes Beach (formerly Thorpe Park), Lincolnshire (Ref.101986)

A Luxury 2011 holiday home with all mod-cons situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with no passing traffic (ideal if you have young children).

This holiday home has french doors opening out from the lounge onto decking with lockable gate, young children will be safe on the locked decking.

A well appointed kitchen complete with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer (these are all built in) with plenty of storage space. All crockery, utensils, pots and pans provided.

Master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite toilet and wash basin. There is also a combination TV/DVD in this bedroom.

The twin bedroom has two nice sized beds with plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a combination TV/DVD in this bedroom.

The lounge has TV/Freeview/BlueRay Player. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge. There is a stand alone table and four chairs.

There is a seperate shower room comprising shower, wash basin and toilet.

Please remember to bring with you towels, and towels for swimming.

As the master bedroom has a king sized bed, bed linen will be provided.

You will find on arrival there will be complementary tea and coffee to refesh you after your journey.

There is full double glazing and central heating.

There is a set of outside furniture (Table, chairs and parasol)

We will consider all girl or all boy groups of no more than three persons providing there is a responsible person willing to guarantee their behaviour whilst on park and using our facilities.

A £70.00 deposit (to secure booking) is required within one week of booking and balance 6 (six) weeks prior to commencement of holiday (Payable by cheque, postal order, Paypal, Credit Card or Debit Card).

A bond of £75.00 is required with the balance of payment and will be refunded within 7 (seven) days of departure providing our holiday home is clean and tidy and there are no damages.

Short notice bookings will require full payment plus the £75.00 bond at time of booking.

Bed linen will be included in the price.

Funwork passes can be purchased at reception. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are no longer allowed to purchase passes on guest's behalf. Guests have to obtain passes themselves from reception.

Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park (formerly Thorpe Park Holiday Centre) is the ticket to a terrific time with the loved ones. There are thrills like the Marina Bar & Stage and action-packed Adventure Village, the smashing outdoor Space Bowl flume, coupled with places to kick back and relax like the lovely lazy river. Play a round or two on the nine-hole golf course with the family or take some time to cast out on our fishing lake and recharge in the peaceful surroundings. Whatever way you choose to spend your holiday, a good time is guaranteed at Cleethorpes Beach. The Lazy River is usually open from the end of May until the beginning of September (weather permitting).
