Available to rent is my newly built Delta 6 Berth Caravan on the ever popular West Sands development in Selsey.
If you think Caravan holidays are old fashioned and not exciting then think again. The West Sands Development offers every opportunity a family could wish for. The main complex offers various pubs, clubs and a huge gaming complex, and that's without mentioning the swimming pool complex and gym. Various artists perform every night in the huge Embassy club which also offers a kids disco before the adults let their hair down and enjoy the various top class acts that are offered nightly.
West Sands also offers outside activities which include, Go-Karting, Crazy Golf, Multi playground and football areas, and a Beautiful Beach which offers scenic views across to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth.
The caravan is situated close to all main amenities:
2 minute walk to on site shop and fish and chip shop
1 minute walk to launderette
2 minute walk to bus stop and bunny train stop (both free of charge)
10 minute walk to main entertainment complex and swimming pool (5 minutes on bus or bunny train)
3 minute walk to funfair, mini golf and go karts
5 minute walk to the beach

£50 Deposit Taken (Refundable unless cancelation is made after 8 weeks prior to check in or caravan is left in an unacceptable state after stay)
Deposit to be paid at time of booking to hold reservation.
Full Balance to be paid 6 weeks before check in date
Duvets and pillows provided (please bring own bed linen and towels)
Passes for Entertainment complex to be purchased from Bunn Leisure on your arrival
Entertainment Passes give you temporary membership to Bunn Leisure's facilities whilst staying at our holiday home, giving you entrance to all clubs and swimming pools (excluding Top Deck Gym) on West Sands, White Horse and Green Lawns.

If fun is what you're after, West Sands is the park for you. It's our largest park, offering a mile of beachfront noted for boating and fishing, with safe bathing and sand castle fun at low tide.
The centre point of our facilities is the Waterfront Complex with a new magnificent Solent Shore Building - the gateway to all of our facilities, from the new Ocean Pub and Smugglers Restaurant to the new Oasis Pool Complex and the fabulous Embassy Theatre.
West Sands boasts cafe's, a restaurant, three swimming pools, an amusement arcade, Barnacle Bill's Beach Shop, a supermarket, convenience store and children's fun fair. Activities include go-karts, crazy golf, bike hire and trampolines.
The Oasis at West Sands is great attraction for all the family. Enjoy the large heated swimming pools and use the toddler's paddling pool. Relax on loungers or at the poolside cafe. Pamper yourself with a sauna, use the steam room or try a sunbed.
