A luxury Carnaby Oakdale caravan situated on one of the best positions on q quiet 5 star site with lovely country views.  Fitted with tinted glass wrap round  decking area to the front and down the side with car parking at the front or the side of the caravan.   

The caravan is very modern and comprises of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. 

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom with shower, and an en suite off the master bedroom. The lounge/ dining area has a 42" freeview TV and fully equipped kitchen with full gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave.  The caravan is double glazed and gas central heated with a remote controlled electric fire in the lounge. The master bedroom has double bed, large wardrobe wall mountd freeview TV and en suite. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and wardrobes in each. One twin room also has a wall mounted freeview TV. All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows. The decking area to the front has a rattan effect table and chairs and a six seater dining table  is situated to the back patio area. A Wi-fi system is installed directly into the caravan at no extra charge and most plugs sockets have USB charger points. The caravan park has a security barrier and the caravan is fitted with an alarm and smoke/carbon detectors.

Gas & electricity is included in price.  There is a children’s play area for the younger ones and a grass area for soft ball play. There are washing/drying facilities on site in the launderette at a small charge.

Check in via the key safe from 3pm and departure 10am. If you have stayed before please note that the hours have changed from previous year to accodate cleaning .We ask that the caravan is left clean and tidy and in the condition that it was in in arrival.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure any bookings. The remainder of the payment in full is due 1 month prior to your holiday.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
