Max of 2 dogs are permitted within the Darwin caravan only. £30 for the 1st and half price for the 2nd per break.

3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 nights stays available. Due to park rules max stay is 4 weeks.

A £30 discount is available when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once. Offer excludes any late deals.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area comprises of a L shaped seating area, which will comfrotably seat 4 people. A flat screen Tv with free view. The living area has a electric fire.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area is a L shaped seating and 2 stools. Locate just off from the kitchen itself.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The ktichen are is fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer. A oven, grill and 4 burner hob.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is located at the back of the caravan. And has bedside shelves, overhead cupboards and wardrobe.

This room is heated by a panel heater.

TWIN BEDROOM

The twin bedroom comprises of 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

This room is heated by a panel heater.

THE BATHROOM 1

The bathroom comprises of a glass door shower, wash basin and toilet.

The bathroom also has a panel heater.

THE BATHROOM 2

The 2nd bathroom comprises or a bath, wash basin and toilet.

This room is also heated by a panel heater.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area, and panel heaters.

PARKING

Parking bays approx 2 caravan rows in front of the caravan.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV License

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

All our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Max of 2 dogs permitted in the Darwin caravan,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 25 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

2 dogs are permitted in the Darwin 2 bed, 4 berth + 1 x travel cot (provided) caravan. £30 1st dog half price the 2nd per break

NO SMOKING PERMITTED WITHIN ALL THE CARAVANS. Ashtrays are provided for outside use only.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £13.00 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for a stay up to 7 nights.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
