Set in the beautiful countryside on the eastern coast of the Isle of Wight nestled under Culver Down you will find 'The Bees Knees' a well-equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable holiday home on Sandhills Holiday Park.

The Bees Knees is ideal for you and your family to relax and enjoy all the Island has to offer. 

With fabulous sea views and views over the neighbouring countryside, set  in a perfect location to explore the island.

Comprising of one double bedroom with Freeview TV, plenty of storage space, mirrored dressing table, door into family bathroom with large shower cubical. (There is also one door into the bathroom leading from the hallway.)  Twin bedroom with Freeview TV wardrobe space. Spacious lounge area, with Freeview Smart TV, 2 and 3 seater comfortable Sofas, electric fire, French doors leading out onto the spacious secure decking area, complete with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea views.  

The Bees Knees is a real home from home with all the comforts you would expect when holidaying. Bee themed throughout you are sure to love the relaxing holiday home.  Fully double glazed and modern interior,  
All mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed for every booking, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Beds are made up for your arrival. 

Open plan kitchen/lounge,fully fitted kitchen with 3 drawer freezer, separate fridge. Full size cooker, Airfyer, microwave toaster and kettle. 
Also supplied are dishcloths, scourers, tea towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, antibacterial spray, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hoover, DAB radio, assortment of DVDs and various games for the children. 

All linen and towels are supplied (we kindly request you bring your own beach towels). Toilet rolls and anti-bacterial hand wash are supplied in both bathrooms, please note we do not supply toiletries. 

Cot, highchair, booster seat, freshly laundered linen for baby, changing mat, baby bath and safety gate are all available upon request at no extra charge.

Outdoor seating on the wrap around decking, with outdoor solar lighting for those summer evenings,  will certainly allow you to relax and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine (or two) .Picnic bench, sun loungers & BBQ available.

You will enjoy a welcome pack full of island produce on arrival, even a small gift for the children. 

Wi-Fi is available but limited due to the rural position. 

Parking for 2 cars is available directly next to The Bees Knees (Permit required from Reception) 

There is a small washing line, pegs, linen basket  and clothes airer are available. 

Water, gas and electricity are included in our rental charges, all you need to do is relax and enjoy. 

Please note bookings are taken Sunday to Sunday, short breaks are available out of season only (min 2 nights). 

All fire alarms and carbon monoxide sensors are tested weekly prior to your arrival and logged to ensure your safety, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are both provided, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors ( Inc e cigarettes) also on decking area.

Sorry, we do not allow pets (site rules).

A £100 security deposit will be required upon booking this will also secure your booking.

Discounted ferry travel both Wightlink and Red Funnel are available to guests, please discuss with us whilst booking. 

Arrival time is 3pm, departure time 10am unless prior arrangement with us.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sandhills Holiday Park has a cliff top setting with breath-taking coastal views. 

The sandy Whitecliff Bay is just a short stroll away and can be accessed by Sandhills own private footpath. 

Sandhills Holiday Park has a children's play area that will keep the children entertained, a well-stocked shop with off licence for all those essentials, a launderette with washing machines and dryers, please note tokens will need to be purchased from reception. 

Sandhills is a family run site aimed for couples and family groups. No Hen or Stag Parties please. 

On site Facilities: 

Well stocked shop selling groceries, beach ware, newspapers, and off licence. 
Children's play area with swings, slide etc. 
Private path down to the beautiful Whitecliff Bay beach  just a short stroll away from The Bees Knees.
Phone Box and Post Box at reception.

There are numerous, pubs, restaurants, cafes, children's activity play areas, etc to choose from on the island. 

We have an extensive information booklet in The Bees Knees with every attraction listed, leaflets and information on where to visit, what to see and do. 

From beaches to bars, restaurants, model village, theme parks for the children, dinosaurs and even dinosaur bones, quaint chocolate shops, tea gardens, Island Gin & Vodka distillery, coastal walks, cycling there are lots of plenty of hidden gems, Osbourne House, Brading Roman Villa, Carisbrooke Castle all a must when visiting the island. 

There is so much to see and do on the island, if this is your first visit, we are sure you will want to return again and again you will find all the information you need in The Bees Knees 

There are plenty of supermarkets to stock up on your holiday groceries, and favourite tipples, ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and M&S, lots of Co-op stores dotted around the island, all details can be found in our information booklet.

In hiring The Bees Knees, you are expected to adhere to the regulations of the park which exists to ensure Sandhills Holiday Park does remain a quiet family orientated paradise providing the ideal base for a busy active stay or enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful surrounding.

A £100 deposit will be required upon booking this will also secure your booking. Full balance due 28 days prior to arrival.
