Welcome to our Beautiful 2023 Coworth Exclusive 6-berth 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Family-owned Caravan with Full central heated and double-glazed holiday home.

Full Side Gated Decking area with seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
Family dining patio area for them summer nights.

This is our pride and joy and all we ask is that you take as much care as we do and leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it for the next guests.

It’s all ready for you to enjoy the family lifestyle a caravan holiday home brings.

Strictly no smoking/vaping, no pets (We do take our own dog when we go as owners)

no adult group bookings as per haven rules.

We are currently taking bookings for 2024 providing

3-night stays - (Fri - Mon)

4-night stays - (Mon - Fri)

7-night stays - (Fri - Fri - Mon - Mon) 

We also can do 10 and 14 Nights

About our caravan:
The caravan is situated on a nice quiet plot nearby the sand dunes. We are just a 2-minute walk to lovely sandy beach. We are just a 7-minute slow walk to the main complex where the entertainment, pool, soft play area is.

We have large decking area as you come out the main front door with seating for 3 and room for children to play. There is also a flat patio area with dining seating for them summer nights. This area is perfect for relaxing and for daytime/evening entertaining. We have the decking lit with solar lighting around the decking.

Our caravan is bronze graded. It is fully central heated and double glazed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The King bedroom has a very comfy King bed, on suit, 24” smart tv, ample wardrobe storage. Hairdryer, Straighteners, Curlers in the King bedroom. Also 2 twin rooms with wardrobe.

The caravan comes with pillows, duvets and a fresh bedding pack for the bed linen ready for you to make up beds yourselves. (Bed linen must be used to protect the duvets pillows) You will need to supply your own towels.
Free travel cot and high chair should you need it for your stay.

The Living room is extremely large and spacious with comfy seating, coffee table, Electric fire, 43” Smart Television, Amazon Fire TV Stick (All Sports, Movie’s, TV Channels, Hard Drive with over 700 movies, free WIFI and Bluetooth speaker.

Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you could possibly need along with
Fridge freezer, microwave, Airfyer, kettle, toaster, Coffee maker and toastie maker. Separate dining area to seat 4 people.

There is a large car park area in front of the caravan.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date by bank transfer payment.

We also ask for a £80 Damages/Breakage bond which will be fully refunded upon inspection after your stay, if all is ok this will be within 5 working days.

The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks before or if less than 6 weeks full payment is required.

We are happy to refund only if the park is forced closed with coronavirus. No other cancellation refunds accepted.

Haven Passes for our Holiday are not included but can be bought through Haven.

If you don’t have passes, you can use the supermarket, Mash & Barrel Restaurant, Arcade, parks and takeaway only.

Check in is 2:30pm but if the cleaning has been done and the sticker is on the door you can go in early.
Check out is 10am on day of departure as the caravan will need to be cleared for the next family. Any late check out may be charged.

No Charge your Electric car from the caravan. We are not insured to do this and the caravan Electrics wont cope. There are Charging point in the main car parking area by facilities.
