This 3 bedrooms caravan is exceptionally maintained and in a prime position overlooking the stunning views of Cardigan Bay.

Lounge has stunning views through patio doors over coastline, 43" TV in built DVD, satellite receiver outside for free Sat TV. Comfortable L shaped seating area,electric fire, assorted dvd's, games and jigsaws in lounge and bedrooms, table & 4 chairs.

Bathroom includes toilet, vanity washbasin, illuminated walk in shower.

Double bedroom has wardrobe, and en-suite toilet and wash basin

Gas and electricity are included in the rental charge

Mattress & Pillow protectors, Quilts & Pillows are included. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE DUVET COVERS, PILLOWCASES, SHEETS, TOWELS or T.TOWELS so you need to bring these with you).

Outside the decked area is gated at entrance, has privacy screening,  rattan furniture and storage box for outside cushions  

Free wifi is available on site

Caravan is sited a few minutes walk down to  private beach and a few minutes walk down to the club house facilities.

Sunbeach holiday park boasts fantastic amenities including:-

Indoor heated swimming pool with toddler/bay splash area, sign in at reception where locker key will be given.
Function room and bar (entertainment in peak periods, bar open every night).
Restaurant open Weds - Sat 12pm-2pm & 5pm-8pm Sunday lunch 12pm-5pm These timings do change through children's holidays please see notice boards for additional timings/events. You can eat in the lounge or restaurant and order and pay for your meals at the bar.
Indoor soft ball and play area including arcade games, seating area
Outdoor toddler area, outdoor play area, Outdoor basket ball court
Launderette, reception & small shop.

Site has security barrier which is activated at 5pm so you will need to arrive before 5pm. A barrier card is available from reception before 5pm at a charge of £10 refundable.

You do not need any pass cards to access the facilities on site.

CHECK IN 2.30 PM, CHECK OUT 10AM

Please note you will need to bring your own linen duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels, t.towels as these are not provided.

We had a fabulous time the children enjoyed their selves on the park and in the pool, it was lovely hearing them enjoying a holiday. Thank you again for letting us use your van we will definitely be back. 

Beech 2018

A non - refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.

Should you wish to cancel dates we will move your deposit to another date if the caravan is available and suits both parties. Balance is to be paid 6 weeks before holiday starts. Should we have to cancel your booking due to unforseen circumstances you will be refunded in full. Should you book close to holiday start date then whole amount will be due plus the refundable security deposit.

We charge a £100 refundable security deposit with final balance.This deposit is to cover damage or breakage and will be refunded once departure checks have been carried out . We would ask if you break anything please replace it to the same standard and colour.

Gas & electric are included in the rental  price

Sunbeach Holiday Park nestles on the coastline of Cardigan Bay and is surrounded by the unspoilt countryside of the Cambrian Mountains. The views from the Park are both panoramic and truly breathtaking.

The site runs down to the seashore and has its own beach frontage. At falling tide the beach offers an area of sand and safe bathing with rock pools abundant with all kinds of sea life, where children can spend endless hours. Sunbeach has been carefully developed over the past few years with thought and consideration to ensure the tranquil atmosphere has not been lost. It now boasts first class facilities of the highest standard. The grounds are well maintained by Park staff, leaving owners to enjoy their leisure time in a relaxed setting.

The Park has its own Clubhouse with weekly entertainment, dining facilities, family room and children's arcade. There are two well equipped play areas and a brand new indoor pool complex. The Park has its own well stocked shop and laundry facilities on site. Pets are welcome and two specific dog walks are provided.The area around the Park is host to many attractions to suit all ages, whether it be walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park, or visiting the bustling markets of nearby towns. Railway enthusiasts, fishermen and golfers are well catered for within a short distance of the Park. Boat launching facilities are nearby at Fairbourne and moorings are available at Barmouth and Aberdovey.
