The bedroom also have heating for when the nights are bit chilly.

The bathroom has a fitted shower,wash basin,toilet   and also heatting .

The master bedroom is a double ,the other two rooms have two single beds. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas ,oven, hob, and grill, micrwave,toaster, kettle, and fridge, with freezer box.

In the living room there a flat screen tv  ,dvd player, cd player, and selection of dvds cds ...

.....bedding....

there are no quilt covers or towels,  yet there is pillows and double and single quilts available

Launderette is attached to the site office on the chase. 

 a new club house has been just been  built to accommodate both the chase and the grange with access from the grange (. woodys bar restaurant   )

travel cot  for small  babies   .please ask  to comfirm  ..

please bring your own soap towels and toilet rolls .

....pets....

pets are permitted with prior consent,but should not allowed on firunture or beds, if this cannot be avoided,please provide protector covers,

dogs must be on leads  when walking  your dogs (site rules)

due to site rules not ours. that  xl bully dogs are not allowed on the site .

....damage.... or wear and tear must be reported as soon as possible so  we can get things sorted for the next people that comes in .

Please report any stains on quilts pillows furniture seating  etc so we can get what's needed in time  for the next people going in .
by doing this it helps us  to keep our caravan clean . thank you

car parks close to fantasy island  or you can hire a mobile scooter

a £50  non refundable  depoist will be required to secure your booking ,plus £50 bond for any damage  will be returned  if caravan  is tidy and clean  and there no damage 

£50 DEPOIST MUST BE PAYED IN THE WEEK TO SERCURE YOUR HOILDAY  IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE IN THAT WEEK   YOUR BOOKING  WILL BE CANCELLED

bank transfer .cheque .

if your depoist is not recieved within one week of your enquiry it will assumed you no longer wish to take your hoilday..

if the full cost of your hoilday hasnt been recieved in  3 weeks before you go you will loose your money and your hoilday..

sorry  we do not allow single sex parties as this site is for families  and couples only..

the site owners have no nonsense policy which gives them the right to evict anyone from the site,who are causing  trouble.this is out of our hands,and if a eviction occurs no refund  will be given ..

we will send information out on our caravan once payment made.or two weeks before you go.
