2 minutes walk to Fantasy Island, outdoor markets and the beach, with direct access from the site.

The caravan is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on your departure date.

****THE CARAVAN IS NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PETS****

MAXIMUM OF 8 ONLY no more than 6 adults.

Maximum of 2 cars can park at the side of the caravan, please be careful when turning in as other vans have storage cupboards at the back so it can be a little tight.

***All new mattresses throughout in 2021***

**Pillows, single quilts & double quilts will be provided.  Please bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers.**

** The boring bit!... :-) **

Wifi, gas, electricity and water are included in the price.  Please try not to have too many electrical items running at one time e.g. tv, kettle, microwave and all the heaters - otherwise the electric will trip out and a call-out charge is incurred by the site electrician. There is an emergency number on the site office door for out of hours emergencies or telephone us. We cannot be held responsible for any power or water failures during your stay.

Please leave the caravan as you would like to find it.  The caravan is checked within 48 hours of departure and if everything is in order your bond will be returned by bank transfer. 

Please do not cover the electric heaters with anything, e.g. clothes, towels etc. as they are liable to catch fire.

All rubbish has to be placed in bags (provided) and deposited in the appropriate bins around the site.

Please ensure that all the windows are shut, the doors locked securely and the fire/heaters are turned off when you go out.

£100 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on your departure date.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before your start date.  Late bookings of less than 6 weeks require full payment at time of booking.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION 50% OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FINAL BALANCE BEING DUE.

A £100 REFUNDABLE DAMAGES BOND IS PAYABLE IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE QUOTED AND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR DEPARTURE, ONCE THE CARAVAN HAS BEEN CHECKED.

WE CANNOT ALLOW BOOKINGS FOR HEN & STAG DOO’S AND SAME SEX PARTIES.

The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.

There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
