The holiday home is located at Seawick Holiday Park, St Osyth, Essex and over looks fields.

We offer FREE PASSES if requested - These can be used at Seawick and neighbouring St Osyth Beach entertainment complexes and swimming pools. 

Beware! Other caravan sites outside Seawick or St Osyth Beach do not offer entertainment, swimming pools or facilities included in the price or, have a pass scheme.

Summary of Terms:

Deposit: A deposit of £100 to be paid on all reservations within 24 hours, to secure your booking, this is non refundable if you cancel at any point.  You must provide your full name and address for record keeping and accounting reasons.

To hire a caravan in the UK, the lead guest must be over 21 years old.

*Free Wi-Fi is included and does not form part of the cost of your caravan.  It is not unlimited.  You must only use it for light browsing or streaming in low quality.  We do not guarantee internet to be avaliable at full speed if it has been used up before or during your stay.  Free Wi-Fi is also available in the entertainment complexes.

**Club passes must be requested at the time of booking - We provide these free of charge in peak season only, at our cost - If you require them after booking, they can be purchased from reception.

No refunds can be given for no shows or cancellations at any time.

No pets allowed or smoking allowed, this is to keep the caravan nice & hygienic for the next guest.

General Site/Area Rules:

Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on the grass, along the gardens or parked outside any caravans.  Cars can be parked on the road side or in one of the many on-site car parks.

NOTE: BBQ's are no longer permitted on the park due to fire risks.

You MUST close and lock all doors/windows when the caravan is vacant.  We are not liable for any theft or loss of personal items.  If the caravan windows/doors are left unlocked whilst vacant, you will be liable for any damaged caused by an intruder.  You will equally be liable for any damage or loss to any fixtures and fittings whist the holiday home is in your posession.

Seawick Holiday Park near Clacton-on-Sea is the perfect location for a fun-filled family holiday.

The entertainment complex (built just a few years ago) can accommodate up to 400 holiday guests, and features a state of the art sound system and stage for our West End shows and other lively acts. There's also the reception area, mini-supermarket and fun arcade area to enjoy during your stay. The restaurant is a fantastic place for tasty food, with a great view of the stage.
