Summary of Terms:

Deposit: A deposit of £100 to be paid on all short stay reservations within 24 hours, to secure your booking, this is non refundable if you cancel at any point.  You must provide your full name and address for record keeping and accounting reasons.

To hire a caravan in the UK, the lead guest must be over 21 years old.

*Free Wi-Fi is included and does not form part of the cost of your stay.  It is not unlimited, you should only use it for light browsing or streaming in low quality to save data.  Full speed is limited to 100GB per month, if the allowance has been exceeded before or during your stay, the speed is reduced.  Free Wi-Fi is also available in the entertainment complexes.

**Club passes must be requested at the time of booking - We may be able to provide these free of charge in peak season only, at our cost - If you require them after booking, they can be purchased from reception.

No refunds can be given for no shows, late arrival/early departure or cancellations at any time.

No pets allowed or smoking allowed inside, this is to keep the caravan nice & hygienic for the next guest.

There are on-site restaurants and takeaways - As the site is gated, food deliveries can only be collected from the site entrance.

General Site/Area Rules:

Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on the grass, along the gardens or parked outside any caravans.  Cars can be parked on the road side or in one of the many on-site car parks.

NOTE: BBQ's are no longer permitted on the park due to fire risks.

• Maximum of 8 persons only, this includes babies and toddlers.
• You MUST close and lock all doors/windows when the caravan is vacant.
• We are not liable for any theft or loss of personal items.
• You will be liable for any loss/damage to the caravan caused by an intruder, should windows/doors be left unlocked whilst the caravan is vacant. 
• You will be liable for any damage or loss to any fixtures and fittings whist the holiday home is in your posession.
• You must ensure children do not cause damage to the caravan whilst out of sight, this includes but not limited to damage to walls, beds, doors, toilet seats, toilet flush, sofa's and so on.
• No tampering with any electrical or fire equipment, such as Wi-Fi, TV & CCTV.
• Fair usage applies to all gas, electricity and Wi-Fi, we do not permit electric heaters, battery packs or EV charging at the caravan, supplies are monitored.
• Caravan is to be left in the same condition before departure.
• You must report any breakage at the time and before you depart.
• All beds must be stripped before departure.
