Deposit: A deposit of £100 to be paid on all reservations, to secure your booking. You must provide your full name and address for record keeping and accounting reasons.
To hire a caravan in the UK, the lead guest must be over 21 years old
*Club passes must be requested at the time of booking - We provide these free of charge, at our cost - If you require them after booking, they can be purchased from reception.
No refunds can be given for no shows or cancellations.
No pets allowed or smoking allowed, this is to keep the caravan nice & hygienic for the next guest.
General Site/Area Rules:
Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on the grass, along the gardens or parked outside any caravans. Cars can be parked on the road side or in one of the many on-site car parks.
BBQ's are permitted on the concrete area outside, away from the caravan exterior, not on the grass.

Seawick Holiday Park near Clacton-on-Sea is the perfect location for a fun-filled family holiday.
The entertainment complex (built just a few years ago) can accommodate up to 400 holiday guests, and features a state of the art sound system and stage for our West End shows and other lively acts. There's also the reception area, mini-supermarket and fun arcade area to enjoy during your stay. The restaurant is a fantastic place for tasty food, with a great view of the stage.
Outside, a newly built patio area provides barbecues, super-size TV screens, seating and tables, and access to Seawick's heated outdoor swimming pool.
The famous seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea is nearby where you can enjoy all the fun of the fair on the pier, traditional donkey rides, and much more!
