MASTER BEDROOM

The caravan has 2 bedrooms (main bedroom King size bed) with en-suite with shower and toilet, and walk-in wardrobe, hairdryer and folding drying rack.

TWIN BEDROOM 

The second bedroom has two single beds. 

BATHROOM

There is a second toilet and shower. 

LIVING AREA

The main living room sofa can open up into a sofa-bed, which can sleep two people. There is also an electric fire in the lounge, but all rooms have gas heating (both of these amenities come included with the hire). The living room additionally includes a TV and a DVD player.

DINING AREA / KITCHEN

Within the kitchen area, there is a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, a washing machine, and multiple storage units for cups, plates etc.

DECKING AREA

The caravan comes with an outside Veranda, which can be accessed by a double-glazed French door, and it is made out of PVC. On the Veranda, there are facilities to eat and sunbathe. 

LINEN 

The linen for the beds and the towels for the shower is provided.

PARKING SPACES

There is a parking space besides the caravan that is capable of holding approximately two cars, depending on the sizes of them.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals , by a park site certified contractor .

Gas is certificated each year .
Electric is certified every 3 years .
All required electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor .
2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors (checked before letting)

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravan (ashtray provided for outdoor use only).

ARIVING AND DEPARTURE TIME

The caravan will be available from 3.00 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure. 

There is a compulsory £75 deposit along with the booking form in order to book your holiday.

The balance must be paid seven days before your holiday starts.

If you are planning on bringing a pet along for your stay, then you are expected to pay a surcharge of £20 each. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CLEAR ONLY DOGS, BECAUSE I'M ALLERGIC TO CATS !

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices. These passes can instead be bought at the reception on site.
