This is our lovely Helmsley lodge only let out for a few weeks so does not get the wear and tear of holiday let's. This is our holiday home not a business. We have made it as comfy as we can. There are 2 bedrooms 1 king size with super comfy mattress. Twin bed room .All beds are made up for you on arrival. We leave a welcome tray for you first cuppa after your journey.we also supply toilet roll washing up liq , and lots of little extras.Every thing you see in the pics is left in for your use. There is lovely poppy themed china for you to use.

LOUNGE

There are lovely brand new electric recliner sofa and chairs new carpet , 43 in Smart tv dvds books and games and x box.

DINING AREA 

There is a fixed table with 4 comfy chairs 

KITCHEN 

There is large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, and every thing you need to cook a lovely meal. Dishwasher 

KING SIZE BEDROOM

The en-sure master bedroom has super thick comfy mattress, it has a dressing table and stool large wardrobe and drawers space.There are fitted bedside light sand light fitted in headboard.There is a 32 in smart tv.

TWIN BEDROOM

There is 1 twin bedroom with bed side cabinet, wardrobe and tv on the wall. Beds are all made up with lovely cotton duvet covers and sheets all you need to bring are your towels.

OUTSIDE 

There is decking to front and side of lodge both have furniture on the decking is secure.

All we ask is you leave our lodge as you find it.

* We ask for a £100 non refundable deposit, to secure your holiday we also ask for a £75 damage  and cleaning deposit this is paid with your balance 8 weeks before your holiday this is returned to you when lodge is left as you found it.

* ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE These can be bought on your arrival or just before your holiday.

* PETS

* WE ARE NO PETS we do have a dog ourselves who will have been in the lodge.

* ARRIVAL TIME IS 2 pm and DEPARTURE is no later than 10.00am to allow time for cleaning and preparing for our next guests.

* KEY CODE for key safe will be sent nearer your holiday date .

* BEING A FAMILY PARK We only accept bookings from family groups HAVEN do not allow all male or all female parties.

* SHOULD THE ACCOMADATION  booked become available due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

* BEHAVIOUR  if in the opinion of us or the park manager , any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager     may re-take possession of the accomadation immediately, without compensation to the party.

* IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY.  : Non returnable deposit 55-29 days 50% of holiday cost 28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost .

* LIABILITY. WE DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage , suffered by you or any member of your party.

* CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS IS NOT ALLOWED FROM OUR 13 AMP ELECTIC POINTS IN LODGE.
