French doors open up to a full gated balcony where you can sit and relax while watching the amazing  sunsets over  the bay. This double glazed central heated 3 bedroomed caravan has a grass area in front leading to the sea wall where  there are steps that take you down onto the part sand part rocky beach famous for it's rock pools .(great to occupy the children for hours exploring for fossiles and finding crabs). This is also a perfect base for exploring the Quantox areas .The main complex with the arcade, entertainment lounge  shop, cafe, bar, swimming pool, chippie, activity areas is just a few minutes walk. The caravan is light and airy , contempary yet very cosy ,like a home from home only with the addition of amazing views .the lounge which lets in lots of daylight has super views from all sides ,consists of 2 - free standing sofas. one of which has a pull out sprung double bed (duvet & pillows provided).+1 matching arm chair.flatscreen 43" smart freeview TV/ DVD player, TV Drawer unit (DVD'S CD'S & Childrens games also a range of books are left for you to use ).Modern feature wall fire ,side tables, large overhead fan for those hotter days ,and centarl heating radiators for when it;s chilly .Carpeted trhoughout and modern light fittings .

The central kitchen ,finished in light wood and stainless steel is the entire width of the van and  has a fully tiled floor so when entering from the side door there is no worry of mucky feet going straight on to carpet,Kitchen consists of fridge freezer & microwave,good sized stainless steel sink/unit , gas cooker & overhead extractor, kettle , toaster. iron + ironing board ,vacuum cleaner, sweeper and full range of crockery and good quality pots and pans  also a Dulce Gusto mini coffee pod machine  Air Fryer.  Dining table + 4 chairs other spare seating available ( 2 fold up seats under main bed), Dining dresser /storage unit . Hairdryer. 

The main bedroom at end of hall has double bed (duvets & pillows provided) overhead & side storage cupboards + wardrobe & dresser drawer unit.and a CH radiator. There are two twin bedrooms  each consisting of 2 single beds again with wardrobe and overhead storage cupboards .All beds have a mattress topper for extra comfort    An infant travel cot is provided if needed also a small strap in baby seat with tray DUVETS & PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED but please TAkE YOUR OWN BED LINEN ie sheets / duvet covers & pillowcases & towels.      Small smart tv in main bedroom

The shower room  has had a very modern refit with its walk in shower with large showerhead + hand held showerhead , combined sink and toilet unit , led mirror with anti mist feature , wipe down panel walls,  extractor fan +CH Radiator.

The balcony is spacious & continues around the side and front of the caravan with upv decking floor it is gated for privacy . ( sorry no BBQs are allowed on decking ) patio furniture is supplied.

OWN  TARMAC PARKING SPACE FOR 1 CAR AT CARAVAN  additional cars can be put on the car park at complex. .. verified owner , once full payment has been received I register your arrival to park and Haven will send you an email to confirm booking and send you a link for car pass and how to purchase passes if required.I also use direct holiday homes . 

Deposit of £60 for 3night bookings and £75 for 7 night bookings is required to secure your dates .The balance is to be paid on or before 8 weeks prior to holiday ( installments can be arranged if required).

The caravan is available form 2 pm on arrival day and to be vacated by 10am on departure day .

PRICES ARE FOR CARAVAN ONLY .Passes if required can be purchased online from Haven once full payment has been received  Gas & Electric included (striclty NO charging of electric vehicle from van there is a charging port on park).

Any Structual damage or extra cleaning if needed has to be reported to me and paid for by guest as part of booking agreement  (this will be checked after vacating caravan).

If  mattress protectors gets soiled/stained there is a launderette on park for you to use or cost of washing will incur
