Owner's booking terms

A £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. If booking is less than 4 weeks before arrival date then full amount to be paid on booking. A £50 refundable bond is to be added to holiday cost which will be paid back within the week following inventory check. ..
