Set along the coast of Snowdonia National Park, this serene, seasonal beach resort boasts wonderful mountain views and is a short 5 minute stroll to the long sandy Beach.

Brand New 3 bedroom / 8 berth static caravan

Home from home, open plan, with all the comforts you’d expect for a perfect stay including, 43” smart tv, large comfortable L-shaped sofa which converts into a double bed, electric fire, double glazing, central heating throughout, free Wi-Fi available (subject to signal), fully equipped kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster, dining table etc. Master bedroom with king-size bed, spacious wardrobe, hairdryer, iron and board with ensuite w/c, 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom with walk in shower. Selection of board games and books etc.

Outside dining on the large gated decking area. There is space to comfortably park 2 cars adjacent to the caravan and a key-safe for your convenience. 

We provide duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors for 8 guests - please being your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels. 

Doggy friendly (well behaved, max. 2) but please do not allow them on the furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan under any circumstances. We have a supply of dog bowls.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the caravan.

Lyons Moelfre View has an EV Charger, launderette and large outdoor adventure play park for the kids along with a separate dog walking area. There is a well-stocked supermarket, arcade, pizza/fish and chip shop, excellent restaurant all within a 2 minute walk. There is also a lovely little ice cream parlour at the bottom of the lane to the beach. You can also purchase entertainment passes for Lyons Sunny Sands which is just up the road and has entertainment, swimming pool, arcade etc.

Nearby there are mountains to hike, waterfalls to awe at, a golf course at the foot of Harlech Castle, miles of sandy beaches, dunes to explore, steam railways, slate mines and jaw dropping scenery. It really does have something for everyone.

Snowdonia is within easy reach for avid walkers / hikers, Harlech and the beautiful Castle are a 10 minute drive and Barmouth Town is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

Cyclists can enjoy miles of undulating roads and for those looking for a challenge Harlech boasts the 2nd steepest hill climb in the world (40% gradient).

There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants to enjoy.

Arrival: 
Prior to your holiday, we will forward the access code to the barrier at the site entrance and also the key-box code for your stay. Arrival time is anytime from 4 pm.

Departure: 
Please depart by 10 am and check that you have returned the caravan key to the key-box.  

You will need to bring:
Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases 
Beach towels, shower towels, hand towels and t-towels
Bedding and towels for your dogs

Minimum 3 night bookings, discounts offered on stays over 7 nights

The booking deposit is £100, which is non refundable if you cancel. 
An additional £100 will be due with the balance of your booking, as a damage security deposit. This is refundable within 48 hours following your stay and sign off. 
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay. If you book within 6 weeks, the full balance plus the damage security deposit will be payable on booking. 

This is a no-smoking caravan.

Please do not allow your dogs onto the furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time. We accept 2 well behaved dogs (including XLS). Please ensure that you clean up after your dog and use the bins provided on the site.

If you use the cooker, please line the grill and oven with tin foil - this is provided

And finally, please leave the caravan as you would wish to find it (clean and tidy with bins emptied) - this is privately owned and a lot of love and care has gone into it.

Lyons Moelfre View is perfect for laid back holidays, but near enough to still enjoy the action and adventure nearby.

Located just outside Barmouth, within easy walking distance of the nearest village Tal-y-bont, which has a takeaway and riverside pub, plus Tal-y-bont station a couple of minutes’ walk away, handy for outings to Barmouth beach.

Bookings at Moelfre View Holiday Park also include a free leisure pass to Lyons Sunnysands Holiday Park, a short drive away, to use it’s indoor heated pool, cafe, fish and chip shop and other facilities – and you might want to stick around for the spectacular beachfront sunsets and entertainment programme too.
