If peace and relaxation is what you are looking for then this is the accommodation for you!  Stunning location, over looking the River Brit, offering panoramic views of the open fields and wild life.

A little bit about us.  We're a husband and wife team who've hosted a caravan on this site for over 25 years, and enjoyed letting our caravan to a loyal clientelle via word of mouth who have treated it as if it were their own.  I have a visitors book in the caravan and I have many years of good reviews in the book, unfortunately none on this site yet as all my bookings have been returning guests and I have only just advertised on this site, im sure you will be surprised and delighted at the position of our caravan with its fenced off plot and garden with river views and peacful surroundings. Highlights of this accommodation include: 

Large enclosed plot with fully fenced gated garden and gated wrap around decking.  Perfect for children and dogs to play safely.  Offering dining set whilst enjoying views of the River and fields.

Living Area: Open plan with corner sofa, coffee table and electric fire. 43inch Tv and DVD player. Seperate radio.  French doors opening onto secure decking over looking the River Brit complete with garden table and chairs.

Kitchen Area: Fully equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery.  Eye level built in microwave, gas hob and oven.  Integrated fridge freezer. Bench style dining table and seating.

A door leads from the kitchen into the hallway, where you will find two bedrooms and shower room.

Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, WC, sink with mirrored cupboard above and shaving socket. Large heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom:  Kingsize bed, en suite WC. There is a wall mounted tv, bedside lamps and usb sockets. There is a dressing table with stool and mirror.  Double wardrobes.

Bedroom 2:  Two single beds with a single wardrobe at one end with wall mounted TV and USB sockets.

This is a well maintained non smoking holiday home. It has 2 bedrooms therefore sleeping 6 people when using the lounge full size, pull down bed. 

Dogs:  Well behaved small and medium size dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £25 per dog however rules apply (no muddy or wet paws on carpets or furniture in order to preserve the condition of the accommodation. **Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan under any circumstances**

CHECK IN: 3.30pm - CHECK OUT: 10am

Location:  Escape to West Bay – a coastal haven and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), perfect for families, couples and adventurers alike.

Visit the famous ‘Jurassic Coast’, a 95-mile-long stretch of jaw dropping coastline and a registered World Heritage Site, for a day of exploration and fun.

The park is just 200 metres from West Bay beach and shops and just a stroll around the harbour is Bridport beach where ITV’s Broadchurch was filmed.

Sandwiched between the countryside and coast, there’s a huge amount of stunning scenery to enjoy. Within easy reach of Weymouth and iconic natural landscapes like Durdle Door, you can hunt for fossils, enjoy picnics on the beach or just relax on park.

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required when you book your holiday (due within 7 days of booking). The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday, unless a last minute booking where the full amount is required upon booking.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.
