3 bedrooms 8 berth dog friendly caravan with wrap around secure decking and separate patio area. Parking for 2 cars.

1 double bedroom with en suite toilet, 2 twin rooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge. Main bathroom has walk in shower. Fully central heated with additional electric fire in the lounge. Large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dual air fryer, sandwich toaster, omelette maker, table top ironing board and steam iron, and hairdryer. Gas oven and hob. 43" 4K smart tv in the lounge, smaller 4K smart tv in main bedroom. Free wifi. French doors lead out onto the secured wrap around decking with a picnic table and corner settee. Separate patio area with picnic table. Parking for 2 cars at the side and front of the caravan.  
Mountain views and less than a 5 minute walk to the dog friendly sandy beach and coastal walks. On site indoor swimming pool, laundrette, outdoor adventure play area. Next door is The Sands complex with arcade, mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, pizzeria and The Sands bar serving food and free entertainment. 5 miles from the beautiful town of Barmouth.

To secure your holiday booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit and full payment six weeks prior to your stay. If your holiday starts within six weeks of booking then we ask for payment in full.

We ask for a £100 respect payment that is refunded after your stay and inspection of the caravan.

Dogs are welcome in our holiday home, we ask that they DO NOT enter the bedrooms and DO NOT foul on the decking. To comply with site rules we cannot except xl bullies.

All beds have mattress/pillow protectors on that we ask you to leave on please. Pillows and quilts are supplied. You will need to bring your own bed linen.

All the usual kitchen utensils are supplied, I also supply washing up sponge, cloth,  surface cleaner and floor cleaner.

There is complimentary tea and coffee and free wifi.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING anywhere in the caravan please.

PLEASE NO CHARGING electric vehicles from the caravan there are charging points outside the laundrette.

Can you please leave our holiday home clean and tidy.
