Private owned two modern static caravans with decking sited at popular Lyon's Sunnysands Caravan Park, Talybont, Barmouth. 2021 & 2022 models sited directly next door to each other for larger family holidays if so desired  (ask for location details) 
2 Bedrooms just 2 minute walk from the sea front with mountain views and parking area. The caravans include gas oven, central heating, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, shower, freesat tv.
The 2 Bedrooms comprise of:-
The main bedroom in the 2021 model has a beautiful double bedroom with a unique walk in wardrobe, it's 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The newer 2022 model has a double bedroom and twin bedroom.

Additional double pull out bed is situated in lounge.
All you would need to bring with you is your bedding and towels.
Duvets and pillows are provided.

Barmouth Town is just 5 mins drive away with its picturesque harbour and long promenade, funfair, donkey rides and trampolines and lots of quaint shops to browse in.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions:-

On making a booking a £50 deposit is required to secure.  This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.   The full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. 

A £150 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings. This will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected please allow up to 7 days. 

Please be aware the van is SELF CLEAN, if it is left in a mess there will be a £50 charge for additional cleaning, and will then only recieve £100 back.  If there is any damage to the caravan you will recieve less security deposit back depending on damage caused. 

Lyons Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.
