A lovely caravan on a fantastic site with plenty of amenities to suit all ages. 

The caravan was newly available for rent from 2025, though this is the first season on this site. It has gorgeous sea views across towards New Quay village and harbour. 

It is in quiet area of the park yet within easy reach of the main complex and just a few yards away from the beach access path. 

New Quay itself is a lovely village with numerous restaurants, eateries and pubs as well as some fantastic coastal paths and places to book Dolphin spotting trips! 

Located between Aberystwyth and Cardigan, it’s also the perfect location from which to explore the other wonderful beaches and attractions in the area. 

The caravan has 3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 2 twin) as well as a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. 

It has a shower room as well as an additional toilet. 

The open plan living area as a lounge with television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. 

Entertainment passes are NOT included, they can only be booked directly with Haven. When you book, your stay will be registered with Haven and you'll receive a link with an option to purchase passes. 

Please note that duvets, pillows and protectors are provided but bedding is not. 

If you do not wish to take your own, it can be provided at additional fee. 

Guests will need to take their own towels and hand towels.

Key information

• A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. 
• Balance to be paid no more than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, your balance will need to be made at the time of booking. A £100 security deposit will be required in addition to your balance payment to cover any potential damage. This will be fully refunded within 5 days (usually 48 hours) following your departure, pending the caravan being checked for damage and cleanliness. 
• Prices DO NOT include Haven entertainment passes (unless otherwise stated). Once your booking is confirmed and your stay has been registered, you will receive a link which enables you to purchase passes and book activities if you wish. From 2025 - there is a Haven app available to download to enable you to make bookings. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
• A key safe is located on the decking of the caravan and the code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Booking, payment and cancellation

1. A provisional booking can be made via telephone, email or Facebook message. A deposit is required within 7 days of the provisional booking to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless the rental is terminated by the caravan owner. 
2. Outstanding balance payments must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday arrival date. Should a cancellation be made prior to the full balance requirement date, only the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been and prior to 7 days before balance the arrival date, 50% of the balance will be refunded, if cancellation is made within 7 days, the total hire amount will be payable. 
3. Payment to be made via Paypal or Bank transfer.
4. The £100 security deposit is required in addition to the balance payment and will be refunded within 5 days following your departure (usually within 48 hours) once the caravan has been checked for any damage and deemed to be acceptable. You should notify the caravan owner of any damage caused, accidental or otherwise, during the period of your stay. The security deposit remains at the discretion of the caravan owner. 
5. The caravan will be available to the named occupants on the booking form for the rental period stated. The hirer must remain for the duration of the rental period. 
6. The caravan is six berth and at no time is the occupancy to be exceeded.
7. The hirer of the caravan should be twenty-five or older (in certain circumstances. The caravan owner may permit the hirer to be younger, but no younger than 21). 
8. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. Other groups may be permitted at the owner’s discretion. 
9. The maximum hire period is 28 days. 

Use of caravan

10. Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the caravan. It is permitted on the decking area. 
11. Charging electric vehicles or bikes etc is strictly not permitted from the caravan. There are electric charging points available in the Haven site car park near the entrance. 
12. The area surrounding the caravan must be kept tidy.
13. Clothes lines are not permitted to be erected. There is a clothes airer available in the caravan.
14. Please keep noise to a minimum and always be respectful to other caravan occupants. 
15. A Key safe is provided for the collection and return of keys. Please place the key back in the safe upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. 
16. Litter and refuse must be placed in the designated areas within the park. 
17. Ball games are only to be played in the designated areas. 
18. Please remove all dirty footwear upon entering the caravan. 
19. The use of BBQs is permitted but not near the caravan and need to be kept well away from the decking area. 
20. Do not disarm smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. Please press the panel on the alarms themselves should they activate during cooking. 
21. All electrical and domestic goods should be switched off upon leaving the van except for the refrigerator and boiler. 
22. Duvets, pillows and protectors are provided, however bedsheets, pillowcases and other linen such as towels, hand towels and tea towels are not provided unless arranged upon booking. There is an additional fee. 
23. The caravan owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including motor vehicles, whether malicious or accidental, during your stay. 
24. Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and if required, is the responsibility of the hirer. 
25. Please take care on the decking area, it can become slippery when wet. 

General Park use

26. Park speed limited must be adhered to. 
27. Please only park vehicles in the designated space next to the caravan or the general parking spaces available. 
28. In the event of any behaviour by hirers that is likely to cause offence or damage to other caravans, the park management reserve the right to remove any offending persons from the park without redress. 
29. All persons using the entertainment facilities on the park must adhere to Quay West rules. The management can withdraw use if they see fit. 
30. Motorcycles are not permitted on the park without the express permission of the park management. 
31. Please adhere to all park rules. 

Dogs

32. Pets are permitted at the owner’s discretion. The owner will consider small, low shedding dogs. Please note that Haven does not permit banned dog breeds on site. 
33. In line with government legislation, dogs designated as dangerous are not permitted on the park – Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and XL Bully.

On the beautiful West Wales coast, the lovely Quay West Holiday Park is perfect for sea air, sea views and a free and easy holiday. There are fabulous river and woodland walks nearby, and scenic hill trekking to boot. Don’t miss the lovely harbour at New Quay, or an uplifting dolphin boat trip.
