3. House Rules – No pets. No smoking/vaping inside. Report accidents or damage immediately.
4. Care & Cleanliness – Leave the caravan tidy and damage-free. Additional charges may apply for breakages or extra cleaning.
5. Bond – Covers damage, extra cleaning, pets, untidy caravan, or unreturned keys/fobs. Bond refunded within 7 days.
6. Cancellations – >6 weeks: loss of deposit. ≤6 weeks: loss of all payments. No refund if stay is cut short. Government restrictions: transfer booking or refund.
7. Liability & Safety – Guests are responsible for personal property and supervision of children. The caravan is used at your own risk.

There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
