Keith Sue and Carl would like to welcome you to White Acres Luxury Holiday Park near Newquay Cornwall, which is run by parkdean, White Acres is a 4* park set in 184 acres of beautiful countryside with 12 tranquil fishing lakes which is perfect for the angler or holiday makers alike.

Caravan and location

Our caravan is a ABI Windermere which is brand new for the start of the 2022 season, The caravan is finished to a high standard in a modern design, benifitting from having double glazing and gas central heating, also with a modern featured remote control electric fire in the lounge.

Situated in an idylic location on the sort after pitch of Sycamore Forest in a sunny central position and our holiday home has the benefits of having the sunshine from sunrise to sunset, with veiws across Jennys Lake, The Tackle lodge & First Bite Cafe are only a stones throw away, with being in a central position we are free of traffic noise of the fisherman arriving for an early start as well as the noise from the club house.

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin rooms with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in each room.
The main living area is of a large lounge with 2 free standing sofa's 1s a large 2 seater and the other is a good size 3 seater with vaulted ceiling for the feeling of extra space, there's a 43inch 4k smart TV along with Bluetooth soundbar and DVD Player, along with a selection of books,board games & DVDS to keep most people happy on those rainy days in.

Away from the lounge is an open plan dinning area with 4 comfy high back chairs along with a dining table leading on to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with all the mod cons including a full size fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher along with oven & separate grill, hob, extractor fan, microwave,sandwich maker and all other ameneties expected in a modern kitchen.

Bathroom consists of a large shower with thermostatic shower mixer and W/C there is also a separate W/C to beat the cues for the loo.

Parking beside our caravan along with a 16x8 upvc decking area to the side with lockable gate and patio furniture in a sunny central position, there is also a 12x6 enclosed  deck at the front leading out from double patio doors to either eating elfresco or sitting out in the evening watching the sunset.

WIFI can be supplied at an extra cost of £10.00 per week, The television has Netflix, Prime, Disney, I player etc is installed but you will need to log your own account in and it will be your responsibility to log yourself out.

You will struggle to find a holiday home of this high standard and position on the park.

THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED BY PARKDEAN AND THE PRICES ARE SET BY THEM, WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLOSURE/UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY OF THE FACILITIES ON OUR PARK.

We would appreciate if you clean our caravan & equipment at the end of your stay as all products & implements are supplied.(inspections are carried out after departure) a holding deposit of £100.00 will be taken upon final payment which will be refunded on your departure after our caravan has been inspected.

ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED/PAID FOR OR REPLACED WITH THE EQUIVALENT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE REPLACEMENT BEING TAKEN FROM YOUR BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
