This privately owned, architect designed, 2015 Delta Canterbury platinum model lodge, is top of the range, and comfortably sleeps 6. For groups of over 4 please email first. 

The spacious accomodation comprises;-  level access from driveway - just 4 steps up to gate to balcony.

Side door opens into enclosed utility room, great for walking/beach clothes with drying cupboard, and washer dryer.

Doorway to;- Stunning spacious contemporary lounge with vaulted ceiling and, halogen mood lighting, twin floor to ceiling windows with patio doors overlooking countryside and sea. Fireplace with pebble effect fire. TV, DVD and stereo. Two 2-seater settees, one opens out to a double bed.

Open plan to; Luxury kitchen, double range oven, American style fridge feezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, soft close doors, under cupboard lighting and LED's to plinth, island unit. Dining area with table and rattan chairs to seat 6.

Two good sized bedrooms, both with spacious walk in wardrobes, vanity unit, bedside tables with lights over, and en-suite bath/shower rooms. Powerful showers with instant hot water.

Free wi-fi, free domestic gas central heating, triple insulated, double glazed. With large windows and sea air, fantastic in the summer for BBQs on the balcony - or family games on the picnic field adjacent. Cozy and warm in the winter - an ideal place for winter walking holidays with Berry Head Country Park 2 minutes walk away.

Situated in Landscove holiday village, which  is a small extremely popular family/couples site. In peak season, for use of visitors, there are lovely outdoor and indoor heated pools, Cabaret entertainment in the show theatre, Kids entertainment, a children's play area, a cafe and a little shop and lauderette on site all at other side of the site so you are not disturbed  (photo ID pass required from £7.00 each per week available from reception). 

This lodge is situated on one of the best pitches,  tucked away in a quiet secluded perimeter with leafy views facing towards Berryhead Nature Reserve. Parking for two cars on own driveway next to lodge and extra visitor's parking outside the on- site shop.

Everything is provided fast wi-fi, 40" tv,  gas, electric, wifi  and including bed linens, - all you will need is to bring your own beach towels and spare towels.

Well behaved house trained and deflead dogs are accepted £5 each per night.

If you are happy with quote,  an email will be sent with bank details for you to transfer funds (preferred)  or you can pay by paypal.  

A £100 deposit will reserve holidays booked more than 8 weeks in advance.  The full balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.

Please add £100 refundable security deposit to cover any damage/stains etc.  This will be refunded in full within 4 days of satisfactory checkout.

One well behaved, clean, dog allowed, or two small dogs.  All I ask is no muddy paws wet dogs on biege carpets/furniture (outside tap for washing off mud), and utility room for drying.  Please make sure your pet has its usual de-flea treatment before your stay.  I have had no problems with dog owners before, and usually they are the most careful guests - so you are most welcome. The main thing is the lodge will need to smaell fresh and be clean for the next holiday makers who wil arrive the afternoon you leave. Pet charge £5 esch per night.

Weekends and short stays available, changeover date flexible if bookings allow, please ask if you don't see the dates you want specifically and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Optional  - in high season free entertainment is open on site - ID cards are needed at a a small fee for  each person paid directly to site at reception.  These cover whole holiday and are for access to entertainment, pool areas, restaurant, kids club, and amusement arcade (over on the other side of the park).

Bed linen is provided, duvets with covers,sheets, pillows and pillow cases for up to 4 people (1 double and 2 singles). Please bring your own pool/beach towels and any extra towels that you may need.  There is a washing machine but please do not dry clothes on radiators to avoid conndensation. Thank you.

Secret coves, a picturesque setting and beautiful views with the harbour town of Brixham within walking distance. Enjoy breathtaking scenery from the Country Park & Nature Reserve of Berry Head just next door, you won't have to go far to take in the best of the area.

There are lots of themed attractions in the area. On the park choose between indoor and outdoor swimming pools so you can enjoy a dip even if the sun is hiding!
