Golden Sands, Dawlish Warren, Devon

Welcome to our home from  home, a privately owned 3 bedroom static caravan (Platinum Class) for hire.  tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including double glazing and central heatiing  throughout.

The main lounge/dining area complete with free standing table and 4 chairs, seating is on a corner piece sofa, for entertainment  there is a 42inch Colour TV, with basic sky package, DVD player and Midi Hi-Fi.

The main bedroom has a double bed, with ample overbed storage and single wardrobes.  There is a dressing table between the wardrobes.  An ensuite WC and washbasin completes this package.  There is a 32inch TV.

The two smaller bedrooms come complete with two single beds, and ample overbed storage and wardrobes.

Bed linen is provided and all beds are made up for your arrival.

There is a large decking to the side of the caravan with furniture and BBQ.  At the front of the unit there is a Juliett Balcony, sited perfectly to watch the sun go down on a nice evening.

Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred but other periods can be catered for, please contact Steve or Chris.  A non returnable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Payment is by Bank Transfer (details provided on confirmation of booking) .  A refundable security deposit of £75.00 which is payable at the time of the balance payment.  The secuity deposit is fully refundable and returned within 10 days of the departure date, following a satisfactory inspection of the Caravans fixtures, fittings and contents.

The hire period will commence at 3pm on the hire start date and the hirer agrees to vacate the holiday home by 10am on the departure date.

Club passes are not supplied, these can be purchased from Main Park Reception.

The famous Dawlish Warren beach is close by - a pleasant walk or a short car drive.
