Free standing table and chairs,modern kitchen with ample units and work space, fully equiped with full size cooker and fridge freezer, microwave,toaster and kettle, full complement of crockery, and utensils.
**BEDROOM ONE**
A spacious master bedroom with,wardrobe dressing table and hair dryer
**BEDROON TWO**
Two single beds with cupboard and wardrobe space
**BEDROOM THREE**
Also has two single beds with ample storage
Please note all Duvet and Pillows are provided for all beds however you will need to bring your own duvet covers and sheets,pillow cases as these are NOT supplied.

Please note towels are not supplied so please ensure you bring your own.

We DO accept well behaved pets in our caravan, when it comes to walking your dog, there is a lovely walk around the lakes through to the large green area passing Torbay Leisure Centre to the beach.
If you wish to explore the Torbay area why not take the Golden Hop open top bus directly from your doorstep,bus timetable available from park reception.

Refundable security bond of £75.00 per week to reserve your booking with the full advertised price payable 6 weeks before your arrival date, booking taken 6 weeks or less of holiday start date will require full payment on time of booking.
The security bond is to cover damage and misuse, and will only be returned once a full inspection of the caravan and clearance from our cleaner.
