Wake up to uninterrupted sea views from one of Perran Sands' most sought-after Signature-grade pitches. This new 2-bedroom holiday home sits in the premium Chy-an-Mor zone, just a short stroll from the beach path, with the Cornish coastline stretching out in front of you.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, modern layout finished to a high standard — ideal for families or couples looking for a premium coastal escape. Step outside onto your own decking and take in one of the best outlooks on the whole park, with the Atlantic on your doorstep and Perranporth's award-winning beach just minutes away. 

Perran Sands itself offers pools, entertainment, and easy access to the South West Coast Path, while Perranporth village brings independent cafés, pubs, and shops within easy reach.

This van overall has one of the best views the park has to offer, and from 2027 onwards, a beautiful modern van to accompany it.

Booking Terms & House Rules — Kestrel Stays

Payment
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival. A refundable £150 security deposit is also collected alongside your balance payment.

Cancellations

• Cancelled 60+ days before arrival: 100% of prepayments refunded
• Cancelled 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of prepayments refunded
• Cancelled within 30 days of arrival: no refund

Security deposit
A £150 refundable security deposit is held against damage and returned within 5 days of checkout, provided there's no damage beyond fair wear and tear. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit; costs exceeding £150 will be invoiced separately with evidence.

Check-in / check-out
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. All stays run Saturday to Saturday.

Occupancy
This caravan sleeps 6: 2 on the sofa bed, 2 in the twin room, 2 in the master double. This limit is strictly enforced.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, maximum 2 per booking, for a flat non-refundable fee of £25. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the caravan. Permitted outside on the decking only.

Noise & conduct
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11pm–8am. Guests must also comply with Haven's own park rules while on site.

General
Kestrel Stays is not responsible for the availability of Haven's on-site facilities (pools, entertainment, etc.), and no refund will be given for closures or changes to these outside of our control.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
