Looking for somewhere to relax, recharge and enjoy the Cornish peace and quite ? Look no further this is it, Port Isaac 12 at Perran Heights is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing breaks or family holidays, just a mile up the road from our sister site on Liskey Hill so just 2 miles from Perranporth town with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants,and bars including the famous Watering Hole right on the beach, the best place to enjoy those magnificent sunsets and admire the fantastic 3 mile stretch of golden sands. Also an ideal base as we've got Truro, Newquay, Holywell Bay, Crantock and St Agnes on  our doorstep and you can exploring the rest of Cornwall from here.

Our beautiful van is a 2 bed that can sleep 6 as there's a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and there's plenty of storage also it has an ensuite.The 2nd bedroom is a twin which can be made up as a double if needed and again has ample storage and there's a hair dryer in each bedroom. The main bathroom has a full size shower and 2nd toilet.

We use the van ourselves so the kitchen is fully equipped from coffee machine to air fryer and all the usual kettle, toaster, microwave Belling gas cooker and full size fridge freeze and there's also a washing machine in the van which has washing liquid and fabric conditioner supplied. The large comfy lounge has free standing corner sofa and a swivel chair a 40in Samsung smart TV as wifi is also included, there's  also a wall mounted flame effect electric fire. From the longe you enter the enclosed decking through the french doors where there are chairs and table. There's private tarmac parking for 2 cars right by the van so no getting stuck in the mud if it's been raining. The van is also double glazed and has gas central heating so its ideal for winter breaks.

There's a welcome pack waiting for you and we also supply basics like tea,coffee,milk and sugar so you can have a cuppa before you start unpacking. Bedding and towels are included.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan and Strictly no charging of electric cars.

There is a deposit of 50.00 for each week booked and a security bond of 100.00 is on top of  the price of your holiday which is to cover any damage but this will be returned once the van is inspected after your departure. full T&C's would be sent.
