For rent is our lovely newly acquired double glazed fully central heated 6 berth caravan on seaview Holiday park in the heart of ingoldmells and fantasy island. At the entrance of the park there is lots of amenities which include cafes, takeaways, showbars and arcades etc.

We are situated behind the oasis bar within walking distance of the beach.
The caravan has 1 double bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a fold out double bed in the lounge.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

The caravan includes:
Kettle, toaster, pots, pans and crockery and cutlery, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher, full gas cooker.
Smart TV in lounge.
Some toys and games and buckets and spades provided.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hoover. 
Dining table and four chairs.
Gated veranda with outside seating.

We are pet friendly small dogs only please.
Due to holiday park rules no hen or stag groups aloud. Also we are not aloud to rent to under 25's due to insurance and holiday park rules. 

No Ev Charging Allowed From The Caravan There Is Ev Charging Points Around Ingolmells If Found To Be Doing So You Will Be Asked To Leave Immediately.
Families and couples welcome. 
All we ask is since little fingers touch our floor leave your shoes at the door shoe rack provided in the entrance to the caravan and no smoking or vaping inside the caravan and leave the caravan clean and tidy and damage free and dispose of your rubbish thank you.

PAYMENTS
1. Late bookings of less than 4 weeks require full payment at time of booking.
2. We will require a £75  deposit / damage bond at the time of booking to secure the dates.
3.The outstanding balance must be receive 4 weeks earlier of the start of your check-in date.
4. The damage bond fee will be refundable within 5 -7 working days of your departure if the caravan is left clean and tidy, and damage free. If any damage caused by any persons in your party during your stay exceeds the £75 damage bond fee the person booking your stay will be liable for any further costs incurred by the owner.
5. There is a £25.00 charge for any loss of keys or lost / damage to barrier / gate key fob.

CANCELLATIONS
1. If you cancel 4 weeks prior to your arrival date no refund will be given for any deposit paid.
2. The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice. In such an event the hirer shall be notified as soon as possible and the deposit will be refunded.

CONDITIONS
1. This caravan is a 6 berth and this should not be exceeded in anyway. The sofa is only built to sleep for two people only.
2. No smoking or vaping at all inside and around the doorway of the caravan. ashtray will be provided for outside on the veranda. Please keep any naked flames away from gas bottles.
3. The owner has the right to terminate any holiday that the general behaviour or noise level of any parties is  unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in these circumstances. Please be mindful of your neighbours.
4. The owner shall be allowed access to the caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.
5. The owner will not be responsible for any injury, death or loss of property or any damage to any vehicle suffered  by the hirer or member of the party.
6. Please vacate the caravan by 10.00am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement has been made with the owner.
7. Arrival at 2.00pm unless an arrangement has been made with the owner.
8. Please leave the caravan in the same condition as you found it in.
9. Please return your keys to the owner on departure, if lost; a charge will be enforced.
10.Only the guest/s stated on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan otherwise you will be asked to vacate and a non-refund will be given.
11. Please note that Babies do count towards occupancy numbers.
12. NO barbecues are allowed on the caravan site due to fire regulations.
13. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times on site. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time in the caravan. Excessive cleaning to the van will be deducted from your bond.
14. Do not bring any electrical heaters or fans as these will not be safe nor PAT tested.
15. Electric cars are not to be charged at the caravan due to the power output . If you are found to be doing this then the owner has the right to ask you to vacate and no refund will be given .

Seaview Caravan Park is close to the beach, Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market just a mile away from Butlins, with Skegness residing is only a further three miles away.
