Escape to our charming three-bedroom static holiday home, comfortably accommodating up to six guests!

The living space features two sofas, including one sofa bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an electric fire for cozy evenings. The dining area includes a freestanding table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy meal preparation. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and sink, while the main bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Step outside to enjoy the front decking area with ample seating. We provide duvets and pillows, but please bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, and towels. Dog lovers, rejoice! We welcome one small dog, making it a true family getaway. Please note that XL Bully breeds are not permitted on-site.

Conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the beach and close to the children's park, this holiday home boasts one double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and two twin rooms. Stay comfortable with full central heating and an additional electric fire in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dual air fryer, gas oven, and hob. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch smart TV and stay connected with free site Wi-Fi.

French doors open onto the front decking, furnished with chairs and a coffee table, while the patio area features a large table and four chairs. Parking is available for two cars beside the caravan. Enjoy mountain views and a less than five-minute walk to the dog-friendly sandy beach and coastal walks. On-site amenities include an indoor swimming pool, laundrette, and outdoor adventure play area. Next door, The Sands complex offers an arcade, mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, pizzeria, and The Sands bar with food and free entertainment. The beautiful town of Barmouth is just five miles away.
 

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required, with the full balance due six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made within six weeks of the start of your holiday, full payment is required immediately.

We also require a £100 security deposit, which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan after your departure.

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome, provided they are kept out of the bedrooms. In accordance with site regulations, we are unable to accommodate XL Bully breeds.

All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors, which we kindly ask you to leave in place. Pillows and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linen.

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

For electric vehicle charging, please use the designated charging points located outside the laundrette. Charging electric vehicles directly from the caravan is not permitted.

We kindly request that you leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

Check-in time is from 2 PM onwards, and check-out is no later than 10:30 AM.
