Our Abi Summer Breeze Deluxe static holiday home was brand new for the 2018 season and is available for hire at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, perfectly positioned just 25 yards from your own private beach.

🐾 Pet Friendly

This property is dog friendly, reflecting the popularity of Freshwater Beach with dog lovers. As dog owners ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to find suitable accommodation.

• Maximum of 2 small to medium-sized dogs

• Please disclose breed and number of dogs at the time of enquiry

• Dogs are not permitted on sofas or beds

The enclosed garden features a patio area, charcoal BBQ, and secure fencing, allowing dogs and children to enjoy the space safely.

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 4-berth static caravan that is modern, comfortable, and well equipped for a relaxing stay.

🧺 Linen & Cleaning

• Guests to bring their own bed linen, towels, and tea towels

• Pillows (with protectors) and duvets provided (sleeps up to 6)

• Mattress protectors on all beds, changed after every stay

• Caravan is thoroughly cleaned and checked after each departure

Your security deposit will be returned once checks confirm no damage, breakages, or stains.

Freshwater Beach is private to the holiday park, meaning no crowds and easy access for fishing and walking. You can be set up fishing within 30–40 yards of the caravan.

📋 Booking Information & Important Details

Please note that we are unable to offer weekend or short breaks from March until mid-October.

A £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be fully refunded after your departure, once the caravan has been checked and no damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning issues are found.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A reminder will be sent closer to the time, along with the key safe number and any additional information you may need for your stay.

⏰ Arrival & Departure Times

• Check-in: from 2:00pm on the day of arrival

• Check-out: by 10:00am on the day of departure

These times allow our cleaners a 4-hour window to prepare the caravan for incoming guests.

🔥 Utilities & Passes

• Gas and electricity are included in the rental price

• 6 entertainment passes are provided, giving free access to:

  • Indoor and outdoor swimming pools

  • Sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room

  • Jurassic Centre

  • Bars and entertainment venues

Please note: Entertainment passes must be returned on departure. Freshwater Beach Holiday Park charges £10 per replacement pass if they are not returned.

🧹 Departure Checklist

To help us keep cleaning costs down, we kindly ask that you:

• Empty all bins before departure

• Clean the BBQ if it has been used

Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from the security deposit.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park in our caravan. The beach, shop, and entertainment complex are all just a short walk away.

We highly recommend a visit to West Bay, only a 5-minute drive, where you’ll find some excellent fish and chips from the many little food huts along the seafront.

We take great care of our caravan and kindly ask that you do the same and most importantly of all, we hope you relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
