Our Charity Rules:

• Minimum Stay: Please note there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
• Pets are not allowed in our Caravan: Due to the caravan being used by Bereaved families for charity respite breaks, we do not allow pets.
• Payment: A deposit is required, payable directly to me 5 days before arrival or in full if there is less than 5 days to your visit.
• Please ensure that the caravan is left in good condition with no damage.
• NO SMOKING inside the caravan or on the decking area.
• No BBQs are allowed on the site at all.
• Dishes must be cleaned and packed away and rubbish removed before your departure.

Guest Access

The site features excellent amenities, including a large heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool (outdoor during summer months), a steam room, sauna, a bar, and entertainment area. Please note that these facilities require the purchase of site passes, which are an additional cost.

You have two options for purchasing passes:

1. On Arrival: Purchase passes directly at the site upon arrival. You can also choose to pay for individual facility use as you go.
2. Pre-Arranged: You can arrange for the passes to be ready for your arrival by contacting guest services.

Please note that we have no control over the availability of the pool facilities or the specific entertainment schedule during your stay.

A provisional booking made by phone, in person or email will remain firm for 4 days at which point a £100 deposit must be paid by bank transfer only. 

The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay by bank transfer only. Should a cancellation be made the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made with more than 28 days notice will only forfeit the deposit, cancellations with less than 28 days will forfeit the total hire charge. 

Arrival and departure: The holiday home will be available from 4pm on your arrival date. Please vacate by 10am on your departure day.

Electric vehicles must not be charged at the caravan, please use other sources to recharge your vehicle.
