Located between Mablethorpe & Trusthorpe, it is only a two minute walk away from the beach front. The beach is Dog Friendly so don't forget to bring your furry friends! 20min flat costal walk to sutton on sea, and around 15-20 mins walk to mablethorpe town centre, approx 5 min drive.

The Lodge includes:

Beautiful Decking on one side of the caravan (perfect sun trap!)

Open plan Living - Kitchen - Dining Room.

Master Bedroom- King Bed With Mattress - Pillows - Duvet and King Size Bedding Sheets 

Bedroom Two and Three - Two Single Beds With Mattress - Pillows - Duvet Bedding sheets provided

Bathroom with Shower 

Pull out bed in Living Room

Keys available from key box located on the Caravan. This includes the key fob access to the Car park.
Check in 3pm
Check out 10am

Important things to note:

We provide bedding for the single beds and Master bedroom only. We do not provide bedding for the Cot.

Please bring towels with you as we do not provide them.

We provide tea and coffee. 

We have provided cleaning products and we encourage you to keep the property in a clean and tidy manner, which our team greatly appreciates.

We advise you to leave footwear at the door, to prevent sand, mud and grass being trampled into the carpets.

This is a NO Smoking or Vaping in the Caravan.

Please be respectful when you bring your dogs (2 max), we ask that you don't let them jump all over the furnishings, however dog blankets have been provided.

**All Dogs MUST be kept on leads within the holiday park.**

There is WIFI set up at the property, password will be provided on the information sheet in the Caravan. There is also WIFI at Dreams bar located next to the Car Park.

This is a family site, so please no parties or loud music after dark.

Beach front access is a ramp in front of Dreams Bar, it is open 24/7 for the public. You can walk along the beach front right to Sutton on Sea or left to Mablethorpe Beach/ Funfair.

During the holidays at certain times they have a childrens entertainer- MR Maloo.

We also have a cafe in the club house, hours to be confirmed.
