The caravan has a nice double bed  plus plenty of wardrobe space and enough room for a travel cot (which can be included). The other bedroom has 2 single beds 

The caravan has a medium sized lounge and dining area, along with a practical and accessible kitchen with generous storage and shelving. All utensils are provided, including crockery & cutlery. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and gas oven.

The sitting area is really nice and spacious and has a fold out bed which can sleep another two people.
There is a TV with a PlayStation games console in the living room which allows blu rays, dvds and games.

There are a selection of board games and DVD's and Games Console games for people to play.

We provide duvets and pillows, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels/tea towels.

Mattresses are protected and pillows and duvets are available in the caravan

All I ask if you rent please respect our caravan and a small £50 deposit which secures your holiday with full payment required 4 weeks before your stay.

We will require a £50 breakages deposit which will be refunded upon checks of the caravan has been Carried out and all is ok

There is the Lacon Arms which has a lovely selection of food and drink right next to the park

There is access to the beach which is a stones throw away, the area has lots of amusements, takeaways, cafes, a pub, sports bar, snooker hall, funfair and a free indoor play area for the kids

We are taking next years bookings for a small deposit with a monthly payment plan available.

Hemsby is a beautiful seaside resort situated on the East coast of England. The Hemsby and Great Yarmouth regions of East Anglia is a particular beautiful part of England with magnificent golden beaches, superb scenery and picturesque villages. The main seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with its non-stop entertainment is only 6 miles down the road, a comfortable 10/15 minute journey by car or regular bus service. Hemsby is a pleasant village with a wide range of attractions and interests for the whole family.

Rental period from end March to end of October. Full weeks, long term rental or short breaks available. Low Seasons from £125pw, High season £405pw. Short breaks are from £85 per break.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to confirm all bookings, with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before your holiday. Payments accepted by cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.

We also charge a refundable security/damage deposit of £50 per booking, which is refunded by bank transfer or cheque in the post once the caravan has been successfully checked for damage etc. 

Check in time is from 2 pm and checkout is by 10 am. 

Our prices include gas, water and electricity.

Beach Estate is a small but friendly site close to the beach with easy access to shops, amusements, bars, convenience stores, gift shops, take away restaurants, nightclubs and much more...

The lively and thriving seaside village of Hemsby is a short distance away.

The site is ideally situated off the main road so there is little traffic noise, however there is more than enough to keep the whole family busy all day and into the night!
