Welcome to Liskeard 1. Here is our 2 bed centrally heated double glazed static with secure decking on a great pitch at Liskey Hill Holiday Park. 

There is 1 double bedroom with king size bed and walk in wardrobe, tv and Jack and Jill bathroom and 1 twin bedroom.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels

There is a full size shower in the bathroom and lots of storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and slow cooker.

The lounge is very comfortable with smart tv and wonderful views over the beach.

The decking has table and chairs at the front with one of the best views on site.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday departure 10am and access from 4pm although we will contact you once cleaning has been done and van is ready usually by lunchtime. We require a non refundable deposit of £100 plus a refundable security bond of £100 against damages/excessive cleaning. This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection. This fee is in addition to the cost of the holiday and is not included in the holiday price.

The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AS THIS IS OUR CONTRACT/AGREEMENT

We require a £100 deposit to book any dates with us.
The security bond must be paid with the balance when due and we will return security bond back as soon as our holiday let has been checked over after your holiday. This can take up to 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE by paying your deposit you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions within  the contract agreement.

🔹No refund of the deposit will be given, in the event of a cancellation.

🔹Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING in all rooms. If there are signs of smoking this WILL affect your bond

🔹The security deposit covers ourselves for any damages to our holiday let or if left in poor hygienic conditions.

🔹Please don't add any extra people to what has been agreed on letting the property.

🔹The charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the caravan. Anyone found to be charging their vehicle from the caravan supply will be asked to leave and their security bond will not be returned.

You are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations beyond your control.
