Our beautiful caravan to hire on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park

3 bedrooms but sleeps 8 with the double sofa bed (1 king and 2 twin bedrooms)

2 bathrooms (one ensuite to the king master bedroom with a toilet and sink).  Main bathroom has a built in shower pod and storage cupboard with mirror and over mirror light.

The lounge house a fixed L shape sofa and also a smaller L shaped sitting area with table and stools.  The living area also has a handy shoe / storage unit under the breakfast bar.  The lounge/kitchen space is "open space".  Off the lounge area is patio doors that lead to a large secure wrap around decked area with patio furniture that seats 8.

The lounge has a 50" TV and NowTV including Sky Sports and TNT (BT) Sports.  There is also a built in music system and speakers. 

The kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials you will need if you are preparing a family meal.  It also has a dishwasher and a built in fridge freezer.

All bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. There is a launderette on site should you need to use it.

Parking for 2 1/2 - 3 cars.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but we do politely ask that they are not left in the caravan alone.  Unfortunately Away Resorts do not allow XL bullies on their parks so we cannot allow this breed in our caravan. We may ask you to provide the breed of dog you are bringing upon booking. 

The caravan is situated on the perimeter of the park nestled between the mountains and the sea.  The beach is a 4 minute walk away from the caravan.

Mount Snowdon is approx 1 hour drive away

Harlech Golf Course (Royal St Davids) is 7 miles away and Aberdovey Golf Club is 37 miles away and accessible by car or the train

There are lots of outdoor family pursuits locally ie ziplines, days out etc

Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Iceland and Co-op all deliver to the site.

Direct Beach Access - you can walk for miles left or right - this beach is completely dog friendly

There is also a Restaurant across from this Nineteen.57 which has a bar and very good food

Talybont train station is an 8 minute walk from the caravan, you can get into Barmouth in 7 minutes for £3 return.  Dog friendly and can book tickets via Trainline.  If you are from the Midlands you can get a direct train from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury to Talybont Station.  So if you don't drive, don't worry.

The bus service is also very good and goes far and wide.  Take a look at the timetables online for the up to date seasonal timetables.

RULES

We don't have many but all we do ask is....

Please do not leave dogs on their own in the van.  Barmouth is very dog friendly and they are welcome almost everywhere.

Please do not allow dogs onto the sofas where possible and especially when wet.  If this is an issue then please use the throws provided.  Please do not allow dogs on the beds under any circumstances.

Please swill off muddy/sandy dogs using the outside tap before entering the caravan.  The river that runs along the sea is clean and a good place to wash the sand off if your dogs likes to swim.

Please line the cooker/grill with tinfoil before use

No smoking or vaping inside of the caravan, smoking outside is permitted but please use an ashtray

PLEASE NOW ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY IN OUR LOVELY HOME FROM HOME

A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  The balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to your stay with us.  If you holiday begins within 6 weeks of booking then full payment will be required upon booking.

£100 security deposit which will be paid back to you once the property has been checked over after you have left.  This is to be paid upon booking.  Payable seperately (not included in booking price).

Maximum of 3 dogs - no charge for your doggo's

We are able to take 3 and 4 night bookings.  Please message directly for prices

No all male/all female groups allowed.  

Keys will be collected from the keysafe and the code will be sent prior to your holiday.

Check in time from 3pm and check out time is 10.00am.  Please leave the caravan tidy and empty the bins before leaving (bin store is very close by).
