Falmouth 13 is a stunning 6 berth, 2 bedroom caravan with a large decked area sited in a fabulous position overlooking Perranporth beach and town. It provides a stylish, family and dog-friendly holiday home, having recently been completely refurbished. We welcome couples and families and well- behaved dogs into our stunning 38 x 12 foot caravan with new decked area and outdoor sofa set. It has a king sized bedroom with a complete wall of wardrobe space and its own toilet and washbasin, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a double pullout bed in the large lounge area, sleeping up to six people overall. The additional family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Ideal for couples or for two adults and two or more children. We have totally refurbished the caravan, replacing the upholstery, soft furnishings and flooring, plus installing a new shower, fridge freezer, cooker and breakfast bar to create a modern wow factor! We have provided duvets and pillows (please bring your own bed linen and towels), fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, TV/DVD and crockery for 6 people. In fact, everything we can think of to make your stay a stylish but comfortable one. We have a large decked area with seating along the length of the caravan, where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of both the meadow and beach. All you have to do is phone or email with your required dates, pay £100 per week holding deposit, then sit back and anticipate! We look forward to hearing from you.

We require £100 per week holding deposit plus £100 returnable damages deposit.

The balance of your holiday payment is due four weeks before arrival.

Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment where possible please.

We are happy to host up to two well behaved dogs and charge £20 per dog for extra cleaning. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the caravan, and if you wish them to join you on the sofa, bring bring blankets to cover the upholstery.

No smoking in the caravan or on the decking please.

Charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is not permitted.

The closest town to Liskey Hill is Perranporth - set just enough into the countryside to avoid the busier centre of town, yet only minutes’ walk from its restaurants, shops and the beach!
