This stunning newly remodelled 3 bedroom semi-detached sea fronted annex with it's glass fronted patio and panoramic views over Cardigan Bay. It is located just below the Black Lion pub in New Quay, West Wales and is just a few minutes walk from the pier - and New Quay's excellent sandy beaches. It is also close to the village pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shops as well as other village amenities. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome!

Accommodation: 
The ground floor - The lounge and kitchen both open out on to the paved patio - There is also a double bedroom with new en-suite shower room at the rear of the house.

Kitchen/diner  - Dining table seating 6 with 4 chairs and a bench, fridge-freezer, oven and hob with extractor over, air fryer, washer-dryer and the usual appliances.

Upstairs - There are two large bedrooms with sea-views - one with a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is also a new modern shower room.

General - Travel cot / high chair provided, please bring your own bedding. All bedrooms and sitting room have smart TVs with BT unbreakable Wi-Fi. There is Central heating throughout and new double glazing. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.

Bed Linen - Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Access and Parking - The house is accessed by a footpath / steps from Glanmor Terrace where there is on street public parking. Weekly parking tickets are also available at the local car parks.

Pets - 2 well behaved dogs welcome, but must not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

Outside - The stunning glass-fronted wrap-around patio has outdoor furniture for 6, and a unique fire-pit bar table with high seating overlooking Cardigan Bay. To the side of the house there is a outside cooking area with a Ninja wood fired electric BBQ/Grill and smoker, double belfast sink, and outside shower both with hot and cold running water also a solid wooden picnic table with sun umbrella.

Nearby - The Black Lion pub and restaurant is just a short walk from Ar-y-Don. Cardigan Bay Watersports offering paddleboard and kayak hire is just below the property on the beach. Dolphin watching and fishing trips available a few minutes down Glanmor Terrace.

New Quay - or 'Cei Newydd', with its picturesque harbour and houses has a good selection of pubs and restaurants and clings to the sides of the hills rising above the blue waters of Cardigan Bay on the coast of West Wales. New Quay’s stone pier has been standing for almost 200 years and is one of the best places to see the Bottlenose Dolphins for which Cardigan Bay is famous.

The sheltered harbour and safe beaches are the focus of activity in the summer when New Quay becomes a bustling and vibrant holiday resort where boat trips, sailing, fishing, water sports and relaxation, are among the main attractions. The local area has much to offer with the safe and sandy beaches of Llangrannog, Tresaith, Penbryn and Mwnt just a short drive away...
