Van is double glazed throughout and has central heating with radiators in every room. Alarm System and Key Safe.

Lounge has a double sofa bed, Freeview Tv, Dvd player, Dvds, Hoover, a small Selection of Board Games, Electric Fire, Fan and some information leaflets for local amenities. We also have a folder complete with Manuals for the electricals within the van, should you need them along with A Guest Book. We'd love to hear your feedback.  There is a dining area alongside the fully equipped Kitchen.

From the Kitchen window you will be able to see The Secret Garden. We have outside seating for you to enjoy this area and also have a bird feeder. Should you wish to feed the wildlife there is a selection of food in the shed. We kindly ask that you replenish anything that you use.   The   shed is located in the garden area,   there is a washing line and pegs, some outdoor games and 2 garden recliner chairs stored inside, all of which are for your use during your stay.

Twin Bedroom, 2 single beds, bedside table, Lamp, single wardrobe, overhead storage, 1x detachable bed guard. Portable fan in wardrobe. Toddler bed and bed guard are under the bed, the pump for the toddler bed is in the overhead storage.

Main Bathroom, Shower cubicle , sink and toilet (fitted with a family toilet seat)

Master Bedroom - Large double wardrobe with drawers under, overhead storage, vanity unit  , Freeview TV,  dvd player,2 bedside lamps, En Suite with toilet ( fitted with a family toilet seat) and basin. There is also a fan in the overhead storage for those warmer evenings and hot water bottles for the chillier ones.

 Beds will be made prior to arrival. Towels not included. We will supply tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, ketchup, brown sauce, mayonnaise and vinegar, washing up liquid, bin bags, dishcloths and toilet rolls,.

Passes for Clubhouse and Facilities are not included in the price, these can be purchased from the Main Reception.

An Information Leaflet will be available within the van detailing where you can find extra bedding, hairdryer etc.

A non refundable deposit equivalent to one night stay is required when booking is made, this deposit will be deducted from your final balance which will be due 28 days before arrival date, a damage deposit of £100 will be required on booking which will be refunded within 10 working days providing no damage has occurred, any damages exceeding £100 will be at an additional cost.

If you’re looking for a scenic location with plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained, Lower Hyde Holiday Park is a great choice. This wooded park gives you double the fun as you can also use all the facilities at the sister park Landguard, meaning there’s plenty to do on park.

When you want to get out and explore, Lower Hyde is also close to two beautiful beaches – Sandown and Shanklin.

There’s a fantastic outdoor pool and paddling pool as well as a small indoor heated splash pool. Back on dry land, little legs will love running around the outdoor playground and taking in all the bright lights and sounds of the amusement arcade.

Free WiFi is available at the main complex, meaning it’s easy to stay connected and there’s a Nisa store to purchase any forgotten holiday essentials, as well as holiday childcare options.
